Aluko is one of those players who for every good thing he does, he's makes one and a half mistakes. 
Eye catching which is exciting, but ultimately achieves little.
I'd love to see Lawrence's pass completion within 30 yds of goal, I'd bet it's grim.
Morrison having another quietly impressive game, I like the look of him.
Fozzy looks at home at CB.
We can't expect Buchanan and Bryne to provide the danger without leaving massive gaps that our opposition will exploit, time after time we're so narrow we can't defend the flanks.

I think you may need to take the level of opposition into account. If we throw people forward they will just counter and score at a canter.

No surprise at all. I purposely left Bryson out because it makes the argument depressing. It's exactly what we need though IMO, not the shower we had last year. 36 goals last year in total (15 players) and those 5 players scored 31 alone! 46 goals with Bryson.... 6 players. Dawkins played half a season and is often forgot but he would have been our second top scorer last year.
I don't think we need our lads to hit double figures, just for them to spread it around like that 14 lot did. A minimum 5+ goals each would be a start from Lawrence, Joz, Knight, Shinnie and Bird. Then a couple of competent strikers on top of that will finish it off. If we're honest there's no way we can't improve on last year, I just hope we get close to doubling our GF column, not just adding a few to it. 

I think you would be surprised with the actual number of goals scored by the players you mentioned during the 2014 season

so none of them got double figures, it’s weird because I also have the feeling that they all got 15 goals each..
but like you say, we desperately need someone in midfield to contribute, captain Tom needs to step up and get as close to 15 goals as he can and Joz and shinnie need to be hitting 8-10 each…… it’s on.!

Allowing for the bare bones nature of our entire set up .. CKR needs a foil .. he needs either runners in the Mac style with Roy’s protege CM, or a close on clinical strike partner to pick up the bits. Something we have been missing for an age .. even pre meltdown. It’s old fashioned, but you either do 433 with wide men and critically… willing front foot AM’s supporting the middle .. OR You need a big and and a little un .. CKR doesn’t have that in either shape.

After years of work and research here it is !
The Derby County shirt worn in the inaugural season of 1884 by the pioneers of our club, Cambridge Blue, Amber and Chocolate Brown the first colours of the Rams, it was thought that the early colours were blue but it was a shade of blue called Cambridge Blue which is actually more of a green. The badge was the badge of the Derbyshire FA that a player was permitted to wear if they had been selected to represent the Derbyshire FA.
we have had two made by a local tailor after we sourced the correct colours and the materials, the embroidery was done separately, even down to mother of Pearl buttons, it is to add further integrity to the book but moreover to show where the club evolved from, the team that wore these colours set the precedent for all those that have followed, the shirts will be on display at our Rams Heritage roadshows later in the year.

what norwich did was get a player in who complimented their system.  ie their scouting department did their job. instead of the scattergun transfer policy weve implemented over the last 6 years 
what didnt help us tho was changing managers, all with  a completely  different tactical approach to each other
