Didn't Clowes used to sit in the corner of North Stand?
If so - Clowes Corner has a ring to it.

    Igor Stand - North stand
    Clowes End- south stand
    Clough and Taylors- east
The Mac stand( after Dave Mackay) with Bald Eagle suite or the friends and family area named the bald eagle viewing area
Love the railway end mooted earlier in the thread.

Avon Tyres stand, Ron Brooks Toyota Stand, Just Eat End, I-Pro corner, f*** the EFL until the End.
But seriously, I like the Railway End for the north stand and Popside for the East stand.
and the newly renamed mel morris toilet faclities, complete with image of his face in the bowl.

Not sure why they’ve never named them. I think as Pride Park itself doesn’t really have any character still, even after all this time, then if this were to happen it would have to be based on people not geography.
    So how about:
    * West - Clough Stand (with Taylor suite somewhere)
    * East - Pickering Stand
    * North - Clowes Stand (probably too modest!)
    * South - Hector Stand (or Bloomer, McFarland, or other legend)

    Thanks for twisting my words.
You suggested that name calling or putting labels on people just means you don't agree. I replied that that wasn't an adult approach.
You weren't name calling so it didn't apply directly to you.
Anyway as you suggest we'll have to agree to disagree as this is going nowhere.

Well it seems from this the only one name calling is you.
You started on about bullying and alleged people were being shut down I responded with my take on why that wasn’t the case. Can you honestly say you have reasonably addressed my various counter arguments. Nope just suggested I am not an adult.

I think those comments came in the immediate aftermath of the defeat at Shrewsbury. Whilst the sentiments might have been valid at the time, the way some people expressed them were not. Perhaps a reason why we should all take a moment before posting after a disappointing defeat rather than ranting whilst emotions are high.

How very convenient. Also absolute nonsense, I'm afraid, but I guess you're being shut down again now, by your own rather singular metrics, so I'll leave you to try to convince others instead.

Thing is with Fozzy is he has a football brain, is flexible enough to be LB, WB, CB and will perform whether it’s raining, a heat wave, Covid, He is boots on the ground that don’t leak. Oh yeah ..  he’s been there before and  if anyone is a RAM it’s Fozzy. I reckon he would be delighted to have another year and without an ego he’ll sit on a bench standing guard for the mighty Rams

I don’t recall posters being told whether they could post or not, or indeed when they could post. ( apart from the odd do one to the trolls you have already referred to.) I am sure there were a few “get losts” but that is that any different to the “angry words” you refer to. ?   It seemed to me like healthy debate with many posters objecting to comments directed at PW, calling him a clown or whatever else. A response in kind that I would describe as anything from: normal debate, a frank exchange of views, a spat or handbags. Bullying ? Really ?

You can’t really chant on a text based forum. There were a number of comments such as get him out of our club though.
I still don’t see where your bullying allegation comes from ? I think the most vociferous of “anti PW” kept banging the same drum to the point that there were reactions that ranged from derision to logical counter argument. I don’t see that as bullying. It’s just not agreeing with someone. The derision was only a counterpoint to the caustic comments posters were making against the manager. If you say something controversial or don’t address the counter argument then you’re going to get push back.

I really don’t understand this attitude that is becoming all too evident these days. It seems to be … I don’t like your stance but I am not going to argue it out with you, instead I am going to stop you arguing with me by attributing some dire character trait to your personality … You’re a bully, Your a lefty / righty or a sexist, a racist or a “phobe” of one sort or another.

Would you like to name the bullies and provide evidence of their bullying ? . If you’re going to post examples I’d like to see the context and what both parties said at the time.

Or possibly they just lost the argument and gave up. ?
I suggest that having a different view and voicing it in an open forum is not bullying.
If they had had their way PW would have been hounded out. Which is closest to Bullying ?

It’s finding gems like Wilson. I am happy for us to keep some old stagers, Barks still has some pace, Collo may end up being a back up striker and Fozzy can stand in anywhere for another season. That said we need legs, skill, hunger, youth but importantly it’s the character that PW so rightly wants.
I wonder how it will pan out, can we get another great loanee ? So much is possible now, Derby has to be a draw with scenes like yesterday. 🐏 I am going to enjoy the transfer gossip over the next few weeks. It’s an adventure now, rather than the desperation it has seemed like for the last I don’t know how long
