Maybe this means Festy just won’t be involved in Tom’s injection ?

If we havent breached P&S for any of the 3 year cycles from 2015 to 2020 then Derby wont accept any point deduction, why would they?!
If we do accept a point deduction it will surely be because we have breached P&S somewhere along the lines but only because we have had to change the accounts. So we would then appeal a point deduction if the EFL chose the max punishment they can issue, the EFL probably know that we would appeal it so it makes sense to try & agree the punishment to get it over & done with asap

The issue with the ticket office not being open has been more of a factor then some care to mention.
I also read a very enlightened suggestion that if our fan base is heavily skewed towards the older generation then the ones not disenfranchised with having to book tickets online might also still be cautious about large group gatherings or may have even sadly succumbed to Covid.

Yeah but they're at the stage of their careers where they could be struck down with age-related problems like how to get a zimmer-frame onto the pitch and stop it sinking in the grass...

This quote mentions agreeing a punishment but for what and why?! No mention of what the P&S might be.

It's talking about the amortisation - they cannot do us for that again surely. They could only do us for the restated P&S being over limits?

Don’t really get our obsession with Mengi. 
Look at what we’ve got in our own academy - Mengi may well turn out to be a better player than say Cashin, but at least Cashin is our player. Would much rather invest the time seeing what we can do with his potential than helping Utd. 
 
An exciting young forward / wide player on loan would be a different kettle of fish (as long as they’re not a no 10, not like we’re short of people who want to play down the middle!)
