It appears that the lad is learning....fast!

That was 100% all down to Rosenior making the necessary changes. Fair play

Deserves praise for those tactical changes. Keep the faith.

Have to feel a bit for young Max Bird. He's a bright lad and the transformation since he left the pitch will doubtless mess with his already fragile confidence even more. The lad has so much ability, but he has to be braver. Hopefully, he will get the time he needs at Derby and I think he will become a really good player, but for now, I'd say we've discovered not so much as a plan B, but more of a new plan A.
