I think I’ll judge players after I see them playing for Derby County - over the years we have signed many underwhelming forwards who have done very well for us and wasted plenty of money on so called good players.

I don't get all this plucking names out of stat lists and dumping all our own players every season. Some fans need to be careful what they wish for.

Hi Dawn nice of you to pop in, until this post stirred thing up there hadn't been a post about you for a while. I guess you know that what people were saying about your club was f*** all. Whilst you sad obsessive treetards made over 80 posts on your forum about us, its like theres nothing interesting to do in Nottingham.

I am very sorry to see McGoldrick go in some ways. It was an honour to watch his play, he had a great season (his most productive ever) and we fans loved him.
I have to respect his decision to return to his boyhood club and I hope he does as well for them as he did for us.
There was no guarantee that he would repeat his scoring exploits if he had stayed here, and I'd hate if he'd had a poor season by comparison and our fans started to turn on him. I think it's his general ability to read the game we'll find the hardest to replace.
However, there were also times last season when we were a little too reliant on McGoldrick for my liking. Not his fault, but players would pass to him when others might have been better placed. Now they've got to come up with alternative solutions,  like stepping up and scoring more themselves. It's a challenge, but I think we'll rise to it.
 

They could be gone to a new owner, I hope it's a propper offer and not the sort of time wasting tits who bothered us.

I'm hearing rumours Notts Forest have suspeded and are looking to sack Shelvey following some sort of incident in Notts city centre. It sounds like the sort of more Mel would try and fail at. Anyone heard anything?
I've had a nosey on their site and they are both deluded and obsessed by us. We may have to wait but they are going to crash and burn at some point and there delusions will come back to bite them hard.
