What I can’t fathom is from last season he said he wanted pace and hasn’t addressed it. He says tonight he needs pace and hasn’t addressed it. 

Since March he’s won 5 out of 16 league games. Lost 7.
That points per game over a whole season would put us about 17th in the league 

The three worst performances I have seen from a Derby side in over 50 years at home (have all come in the last few months( v Fleetwood, Wigan and Oxford). And they  have all come under Paul Warne.  In fairness though our poor summer recruitment (and retention) policy can only partly be blamed on Warne. Why we bothered getting a recruitment manager (ironically from Oxford) I will never know.

Negatives:
Bradley is god awful. I have no words for how bad he actually he is. He’s so tentative, like he’s scared of the damn headers  
Pace. We have less than none.
Hourihane anonymous other than dead balls. Korey Smith tragic. Collins in their number 5’s pocket.
Ward injured. Looks like Bird injured too right at the end.
 
There’s no fixing it without multiple signings or playing younger players. Play Rooney, play Robinson, get Dajaune Brown involved. Start Thompson. Drop Collins  
Truly horrendous.

Porky's 1 is way better.

You're kidding, the players are there to play any formation with four at the back - easily. We've got some really decent midfielders, wingers, even now a striker or two. But Warne INSISTS on playing a formation that suits NONE of them.

Oxford played very well. Passed the ball about created chances. At least one team played some football. I don’t claim to know the answer but I do know we were rubbish tonight.

The away kit is brilliant. Nice rework of the 88 kit with the warped squares symbolic of a bulging net. It's sensational. I'll be buying it. And I'll look beautiful in it.
