The EFL are an utter disgrace. They say they are frustrated about the fact that Q haven't sorted the sale. Not defending Q as they have been found left wanting in a number of areas, but has it not dawned on The ELF that at every opportunity, they have looked to push us further under?
They've been hell-bent on making sure we got relegated with the 2 points deductions (the second of which was pretty questionable), reducing our attractiveness. They've screwed us over re: being able to renew existing players' contracts. Again reducing our value. Then they failed to grow a pair and tell Boro and Wycombe where to go with their spurious claims, further delaying things.
Has it occurred to them for one moment that a large slice of the blame for this saga still being on-going is down to their very poor governance?

Mel Morris has screwed the creditors, derby county is a massive money spinning asset for the city and the county ,it employs people and generates money , for me that is where people are mixing feelings , derby county deserves and needs to survive not just for its history but also what it provides going forward ,
I want Ashley to get the club for long term security and as desperately sad and unfair to the creditors that is it’s not derby county screwing them over it’s mel Morris whether by accident, miss management or plain stupid shat or bust gambling ,that is the bottom line

Ummm what's stopping us playing the entirety of next season in administration?
There's no rules about how long a club is allowed to be in administration for - look at Wigan, Portsmouth etc
Why are the EFL suddenly getting all precious about us potentially going into next season in administration, they weren't particularly bothered about it for the past season.

Pushing us nearer to the brink but yet again dressing it up as doing all they can to help us secure a future. They have done absolutely nothing to help us what so ever and are more than culpable for the position we are in.

So everybody saying that the EFL couldn't interfere in the sale of the club were basically wrong?

Just for a moment, why do the Ashley fan boys think a Mike Ashley takeover= premium league ?
What if we get the exact same as Newcastle, he wants to put in as little as possible each season and we can't even sell sponsorship because it's all sports direct and he basically doesn't GAS about the club?
He's also happy enough letting things he bought that aren't succeeding wither on the vine.
Any port in a storm, if it's Ashley it's Ashley, if it's ck or Appleby or whoever, at least the nightmare is over.

I think it is basically about the poor communication. Kirchner was happy to communicate via Twitter when it was all going well and looking positive.
However, now that there are obstacles in the way - whether they are genuine delays at the bank or doubts about actual funding - he has gone completely silent. Aggressively so, in the case of Dan Roan. He didn't even tweet about his beloved golf at the recent event.
That silence has made people wonder if he really is the real deal or an Alonso type tyre kicker.
I think he does genuinely want to buy the club but it does not auger well when he cannot resolve a money transfer which, even at 20 million, is relatively small in such business circles.
The other thing about the communication issue is that it's easy to communicate when things are going well but it's relatively of little value. It's actually when things are not going so well that people are more desperate for information. That's when we would appreciate more briefings. We want to know what's happening.
I still want Kirchner's bid to succeed. I think it's the best chance to keep the academy, Rooney and some of the feel good atmosphere from last year. Though the longer this drags on, the more that feeling is being eroded.
So, even I have lost a lot of my enthusiasm for CK. My second choice would be Appleby/Morgan/Clowes. Sorry MA, you're in next to last place but still preferable to liquidation.

Im not opposed to Ashley taking over, or anyone really as long as we have a club.
My issue with Ashley is that it appears his offers have been way too low and his PR team are quick to spin this on the admins etc but if his offer was good enough he would be our owner now.
He is the richest out of all the interested parties, there is no reason at all for him, or any other interested party for that matter, to come in so low we end up with a points deduction.
There are agreements already in place with the EFL & creditors as well as between a 3rd party & Mel for the stadium - someone just needs to match CK bid and send the money, not keep mouthing off to the press when all you have done for 9 months is hope to pick the club at basement price and moan when you get shunned.

What is the opposition to Mike Ashley? I don’t get it. He wouldn’t take on Derby if he couldn’t make a profit it out it. To make a profit, you need PL football or have amazing recruitment (buy cheap, sell high). Well I’d welcome either at Pride Park.
People are worried Rooney would walk and so would the players. News flash, Rooney and the current players (the good ones anyway) aren’t going to be here in 5 years regardless who the owner is. They will go on to bigger and better, it’s only a question of time.
Derby is bigger than Rooney and the current staff. Derby, the club and all its history, is far more important.
So if that means Mike Ashley, a further points deduction, relegation to League Two before the reset, so be it.

Admins threatening the fans yet again for daring to question them and their performance to date.
First it was that it would harm the takeover process and put off buyers
Then it was stop questioning us as the delays are YOUR fault
Now it’s stop questioning us or we’ll bring the lawyers in
Running the club like a cartel.

Whilst NDA’s will play a part in the lack of info at times, I do believe they’ve done there selves no favours some times.
As for them saying we’ve took no money, wasn’t it always the case that either their cost was paid out the cost of the club or directly from the buyer?
I don’t get paid until a jobs finished either.

This whole process is so grubby
I want to hide away until :
    1) I get my season ticket renewal info
    2) I see the League 1 fixtures with us in it
    3) I get to go to a pre-season game
Then relax briefly until the rollercoaster ride of emotions starts all over again cheering on the boys

I would suspect just cause it says written to - it doesn’t mean that’s all that’s happened. I assume there has to be a paper trail with these things so the official line to JP is we have now written to them. I think the fact journalists like Percy are starting to provide opinions on Q like (they should never be in football again) is probably finally the kind of pressure that may make them realise their game is up and they need to get this done for real.

We agree on the need for Derby to be self sufficient & to end the days of big spending (not that it would be possible under the EFL agreed business plan in any case). I think folk are probably more concerned about Kirchner's very noticeable silence this week & the news Stateside about unpaid Slync.io wages & team sponsorship. That does not bode well for his future custodianship of DCFC, if that does end up happening.
I think you might be surprised about Quantuma this weekend - a combination of the increasingly terse EFL statements & finding themselves in the eye of a media storm will have shaken them. No one else to blame at this stage. I fully expect they will be fielding enquiries from interested parties this weekend even if any resolution/news wouldn't be announced until a week day
As to your final point, I don't know by what mechanism Kirchner could back out the deal & avoid contractual liability if he has exchanged contracts & apparently sent the money.

We're getting slowly shafted here. As fans, we were initially shafted by Mel Morris. Then we were shafted by the EFL. We're currently being shafted by Quantuma, who quite frankly aren't fit for purpose.
So 3 parties who, supposedly, should be helping our great club to get out this mess are slowly, in their different ways, letting us drift into oblivion.
The employees of the club and the fans have done everything we can. What a complete and utter show of excrement

This delay will likely cost us Rooney, Rosenior, a load of contract renewals and a load of transfer targets. We've gone from having a plan and a way forward to complete chaos with hardly any time to completely rebuild a squad ravaged by administration. Absolutely no chance we challenge next season. Back to the treading water (at best) and uncertainty we've had for the last two years.
Everyone involved in this administration process, be it Quantuma, the EFL, Gibson, Morris, Kirchner etc has been utterly incompetent and the staff, players and fans are being treated with utter contempt by anyone in a position to do anything about it.
