I didn’t know B4. In fact I know very little about him. I just knew from his posts about his loyalty and his positivity towards the rams. Even when the chips were down he always posted something positive or even started positive threads. It made me smile.
He might be almost a stranger to me, but I thought he was great.
Given how up and down we have been this season, I just wonder if today’s result was “meant to be” as a tribute to B4.
My condolences to his family.

RIP Daniel. We didn’t know each other and I never had the pleasure of meeting you but to me , on this forum, you were Mr Derby County. I loved your positivity and your passing puts everything concerning DCFC into perspective. My heart felt condolences to your family & friends. Your passing came too soon, I hope you are at peace and we will all miss you. Today was for you B4. 

Totally shocked since finding out. His love for The Rams was unmatchable.
Condolences to his family and all who knew him personally, this place will not be the same without his rallying cries and undeniable love for Derby County.

f****** hell, that’s horrific news… one of my personal hero’s on the forum, always positive even through our darkest days.
May you rest in peace B4. And I hope we get promoted this season for you, more than anyone else.

Desperately sad news, 38 is no age 😞
His unwavering positivity re. The Rams will be missed and maybe something we could all learn from when things aren't going our way.

What truly terrible news. Just loved his total dedication and positivity. He made me laugh so much with his total non-acceptance of any reason not to be at a match. Hope his family realise how much he was loved in this community by  those who, on the whole had never met him, but felt like they did. RIP B4 xx

Such sad news. I hope that Daniel’s loved ones will see this thread and realise quite how much he touched the hearts of so many complete strangers. There were times, many times, when he spoke for us all.
Is it too much to expect a minute’s applause in the fourth minute on Tuesday night?

First and foremost, my thoughts are with Daniel's friends and family, I cannot imagine what they are going through right now.
I heard the news last night and it came as a huge shock, B4 as we knew him so fondly by will be a huge loss to the forum.
He was Mr Positivity, Derby County's biggest cheerleader, even during the bad times his positivity would shine through.
I know his Dad was at the game today with a scarf on his seat, whilst we haven't closed the gap on Portsmouth in Daniel's final rallying call on this forum, I'm sure he will be over the moon with the 3 goals and 3 points today.
DCFC Fans will be honouring Daniel in time to ensure he remains in our memories, we will also be contacting the club in due course to see what can be done during a game.
Suggestions are welcomed as we all come to terms with the loss.

I have some very sad news this evening.  Daniel (B4) died earlier this week. He was just 38.
As you know, he has been battling numerous health conditions for a long time, but always remained cheerful  and was the most loyal supporter of his beloved Rams, home and away.
He was at the match at Crewe and gave his full support as always. 
Daniel leaves behind a grieving dad, mum and sister. Our thoughts go out to them and we only hope they get a little comfort from knowing how well loved Daniel is by all who know him. 
Here are a couple of photos that his dad agreed could be shared. I'm sure many of you have others, as Daniel loved a selfie at the game.
David is hoping to arrange a more fitting tribute in time, but for now please raise a glass in his memory and a good Derby win today. I am sure that's what Daniel would have been doing tonight.

Really enjoyed that. First half more scrappy football but still deserved lead at half time. Second half much better football from us, better passing and squashed them totally with the second goal. Good team performance. Impressive watching Smith really marshalling everyone second half. Crowd lively too. Great afternoon!

I was well impressed with these lads. Cox & Robinson look like future first-teamers.  Thompson, Gill, Gough, McAndrew all were great too.

I am not one to post on here but watching our youngsters this week has given me fresh optimism. Let's just hope that these lads are given  opportunities to grow and progress at the club and do not feel they have to move to get that chance.
 

It's not easy to stay switched on for 80+ minutes and then make your first save of the match.
A well deserved win to finish off a fantastic week for the academy lads. 5 of tonights squad played for thr first team in midweek, and 7 from those who featured tonight are still only 1st year scholars.

He did cause it with his clearance though 😉 Looks very confident and as you say, excellent save.
