Feeling rather overwhelmed today as I am sure we all are..
Yesterday wasn't about the last minute equaliser, as much as it should have been, it was about the City coming together.
A huge thank you to Ryan (chief organiser) and all the Marshalls that assisted on the day. A big thank you as well to Albatross Taxis who offered everyone 20% off for the march and also supplied me with a minibus for the day to get the flags from Pride Park to the march. Nice to see local businesses come together (they are owed money by the club as well) So many came together to make it a success.
We will never know the true number but when we arrived into town at 0945 I got a huge sense that this was going to be massive, just so many dotted about. As many have said Derby police saying just under 10k, that is nothing short of amazing. The view as I looked back over the railway bridge was something else and the drone that took the video, it was neverending.
Many highlights for me, the mayor lowering his hat to start the bounce and leading the march up the Morledge. Pauline Latham starting the bounce and all the local councillors and MP's marching, together.
When the march arrived at Pride Park the number of photographers was something else, not fans, proper photographers, it was flash flash flash..
I will never forget this for the rest of my life.
Be proud of our city and football club.

I’m a relatively fit 40 something and when I got home last night from doing the March and the intensity of the game, I was knackered.

I can imagine the whole day taking its toll on a lot of people.

Fingers crossed for the supporter. It would be great to hear how he is this morning ?

I'll pay for it if it gets everything sorted out quicker.
How much will it be? How much???!!! OK, forget my last statement....I'm willing to wait a bit longer.

I appreciate this is arguably not the thread for light-heartedness, and firstly, may I state my best wishes to this fellow Rams fan for a speedy and full recovery.
But even now, all these years since we last walked down Shaftsbury Street, our hearts will still skip a beat, once in a while!
The adrenalin and buzz throughout the march, and the absolute intensity of that equaliser (Hitherto to be referred to as "THAT EQUALISER!") was something many of us... young and old alike... have never experienced before, and may likely never see again.
It was a one off... just like Derby County Football Club itself.  A very unique day, and one I suspect sent many a heart a-flutter!

    Get well soon, buddy.

Me too. Very emotionally draining. Once home I fell asleep for a solid 2 hours. Very proud of the County of Derbyshire after yesterday. Hope the chap recovers well.

Absolutely brilliant I’m only 23 but was easily one of the most emotional days of my life; getting onto that bridge and just seeing the amount of rams fans together was just a sight I’ll never forget. Not ashamed to say I shed I tear or two on our way to the ground and to get the two goals at the end of the match just topped it all off, amazing. Credit to everyone who organised this you are an absolute credit to this club. Derby TILL I DIE!??

Administrators have inserted a clause into the boro and Wycombe cases as a case of significant importance which puts it to the top of any arbitrary panel . Contrary to media reports the process can take days not weeks with a final outcome expected within 14-18 days.
expect the stadium not to be an issue , Mel is being cooperative has a price in mind but willing to negotiate.

contrary to media all three parties have submitted bids but unwilling to proceeed without arbitration result clarity.

Administrators drafted up a CVA plan , total cost of the club , stadium , creditor payment plans only thing missing is the agreed price plus preferred bidder identity which should be finalised within days of the arbitration result which is the main hold up

We won't sell out Hull because it's a week night but we should be aiming to do the same for Peterborough. If we're close to getting out of the relegation spots, I think there's a good chance we will.

So so important that we get Bielik back fit. Our best player by quite a margin, even though he clearly wasn't fully match fit or match sharp earlier, you can see he has more time on the ball than other players and just has that touch of class. Absolute monster of a midfielder.
Also scorer of the best last gasp goal I've ever seen.

A red dog mate of mine once got his index finger crossed with his 6th finger, and he assures me it was very painful indeed!
    So think on!

I crunched a few numbers and thought in region of 650k. Sure a handsome figure will have been made on the concourses as I have never seen such massive queues for food and drink!

Thanks to the organizers. It was emotional. And huuuuuuge. Came out of the station and the crowd was already on the bridge over the road towards Pride Park. Wondered if I'd catch up with it, but by the time I did there were still thousands of people behind, as well as thousands in front. Epic...
