Just watched Collins interview with ramstv says he’s spoken to a couple players who he expects to come in. Putting 2+2 together Sonny Bradley and Mark Harris spring to mind

Underwhelmed if it’s a loan. The lads a  great age and if I were Ipswich I’d be driving the lad to Derby tonight, because if he shines in a Rams shirt, you could easily add a couple of mill onto his price tag.

I think they fell out after he handed in a transfer request at Rotherham 

And if he is going expect we would rather he went sooner than later so that it is not unsettling for pre-season and PW knows who he has and what he can spend. So another reason no "bidding war" likely to get inflated price.

Just have to hope @B4ev6is that we get a decent sell-on later when he realises your faith in him and makes a big money move under better circumstances. Think Ipswich is a good match for him currently and would rather he went there than other rumoured interested parties

If Plymouth choose not to buy him permanently, Finn Azaz on loan from Aston Villa. Could have Championship offers but a very good young player.

Perfect timing from Knighty. I don’t think there is any way he stays with us this window. All the noises around him are implying that he wants higher level football. We need to get as much as possible for him so we can reinvest into the squad, hopefully there is a bidding war coming….

Callum Elder would be a good addition at this level. A decent enough championship player at a good age, was named in the League One Team of the season in his last spell at this level. A key component in a league winning side. If it’s Bradley and Elder to start us off then that would be a very good start to building a solid defence, along with Cashin who is already one of the best players at this level.

So after listening to Warnes interview a few things come to mind 
a how can anyone seriously not like this man he’s friendlily polite and honest and …cares about this club and it’s fans and players 
He is trying his best to get a decent hard working group of good footballers together and I support him whole heartedly…he’s a decent man who means well and I think we’re lucky to have someone with his principles 

I’d be more than happy with Flint! If we were to get 20 games out of him next year it would be a step up from Chester and Stearman. A great asset to have in either box as well!
