    Everyone rightly saying we need centre backs and forwards but we don't have a competent attacking midfield player to put in a three.
    We need goals from midfield as well as attack.
    I echo the calls for Stretton to be given a chance but we still need two more firepower up front.
    I think the list of 19 looks incredibly weak and if we can, we should offload three or four to bring in fresh players.

    Nah. Some of Maxwell and the 3 Amigos were worse.
    TBH when Longson sacked Clough that was the worst ever.

    HMRC has nothing to do with accounts submission, you fill in a company tax return every year to show what you owe for corporation tax which given the well publicised losses will be zero.
    Regarding PAYE/NI and VAT to HMRC those submissions are made monthly for PAYE and quarterly for VAT, if you do not submit them you will have a tax inspector knocking on the front door with more powers than the police& MI5, so they will have been submitted and  payment plans agreed, if you miss an instalment they would cancel the agreement and issue winding up orders. FWIW there is no way the club owes £20 million, HMRC would never have let outstanding payments balloon to that amount without legal action/seizure of assets.

    That and the fact they sold the championship TV rights for £120million when all the experts and Mel said the bidding should start at £300million. For that reason alone the senior managers at the EFL should have been fired for gross misconduct.

    You again missed the gist of a post, which was that it is the owners of clubs who decide on managerial appointments and not armchair experts, and that what WR is doing now is trying to turnaround a basket case, which is great experience for his future managerial prospects. I am sorry if the logic in my post confused you, and for the record I do not mind long words, only if they are used in a post to obfuscate any content.

    I believe the club is being fair to the supporters, the new rules are that any ground having more than 20,000 seats will have to reduce capacity to 80% and also ensure only fans with 2x vaccine or fresh test result allowed in the ground.
    interestingly Wycombe will be exempt as their new super ground only holds 17’500
    now answering your financial question the auditors may not have confirmed that DCFC are a going concern and as such the directors could be guilty of trading insolvently, however I doubt this scenario and think the club wants to be fair with the fans.

    You couldn't make it up, for all the youngster here are his qualifications;
    Ridsdale's sports consultancy firm WH Sports Group Limited, which provided advice to football clubs from 2003, failed in 2009 with debts of more than £475,000. Ridsale was found to have diverted payments by football clubs totalling £347,000, due to the company, into his personal bank account. In October 2012, he was disqualified as a company director until April 2020 after an inquiry by the Insolvency Service. His wife Sophie Ridsdale was likewise banned from acting as a director of any company until 2016.[22]

    The most in demand senior business managers are turnaround experts who can take a basket case and rescue it, and the same is true of football clubs, e.g. who you gonna call?  "Neil Warnock" who is never out of work
    Therefore I say this is a win/win for WR, if he keeps us up he will be in great demand, if we get relegated  everyone will say what did you expect the club was a basket case.
    The ability to manage on a shoestring budget is a very saleable commodity, therefore Wayne will not quit he is learning very valuable lessons at the moment which whatever happens will help in his career and for what it is worth the match against Man U did not harm his reputation.
