that's fair enough, i knew it wouldnt be a popular idea for people in those areas, intentions really are only to create a better look and atmosphere, irrelevant in some parts but the north stand really does like quite poor on tv
i dont have my own seat as you put it, its not feasible or practical as i have my kids on alternate weekends. but i do go to every game. with the kids we sit in the east or north stand and alone or with mates i'd go in the south stand.
do you think the match day experience is as good as it can get, nothing you would change if you could?

Say what you like about Kirchner, I like the cut of his jib.
I believe he's exactly what we need - a fresh, energetic, yet reasoned approach.
Working together with Rooney, I am just so excited about the future ?

I agree LERam. I also happen to think that Forest are a better side than Boro anyway mate.

As much as we have the rivalry, I don't hate them, it's more like sibling rivalry
Steve Gibson though... I have real dislike for the man, and I want them to get what's coming ffp wise

Might not be a popular thought but I'd rather see forest make the playoffs this season than boro.

If everyone is fit I think he's on the bench, he needs telling that isn't a backwards step though, he will get his chances be it rotation, injury, coming on late. If anything, being dropped down a bit will test his mental resolve.
It's been a massive progression from where he thought he'd be a year ago.

All this talk to CK's worth.....
Does it really matter? Surely we are just bothered if he has enough money to buy the club?
After that, shouldn't we be sustainable and run within our means? Is that even possible? What changes need to happen for us not to lose money year on year?
I just don't see how a club of our size can't be ran at a profit, if we can't then football really is broken....

This really cheering me up. I can face L1 .. eh it’s a game and there are good teams and fans there. What was going to wound my spirit was starting another season anywhere hammered to the bottom before a ball was kicked. I am sensing we might avoid that - for a time at least?

Yeah a bit wide of the mark.

But seriously, the bloke isn’t poor by any stretch and more than has the means to own a football club if he runs it responsibly.
Slync.io raised $76m from series a and series b funding rounds, from what I’ve read a series b funding round of $7m-$10m indicates a company worth of $30-$60m so about 3x-6x the funding amount. Therefore applying the same logic slync.io is worth between $230m-$450m. That’s it’s worth now. They raised $60m from Goldman Sachs, they wouldn’t invest that unless Slync had serious growth potential. That’s before we even get to whatever he has in crypto, property or family wealth. Sure he probably isn’t a billionaire, he may not be worth as much as Mel but he’s probably not that far off.

I think we can say he isn’t Erik Alonso Mark 2.

I agree here. If Reading win their game in hand this week it'll be 9 points with 6 to go. Meaning we've got to win at least 3 out of 6 to have any chance and even that would mean we'd need Reading to lose all 6.
I can't see us winning 3 out of the last 6 game. Realistically Reading will win at least 2. Meaning we'd need 5 wins minimum and we aren't doing that.
If Reading beat Stoke at home this week then any slim chance we have is gone.
If we're gonna get -15 points taken off us then it might as well be now. Sweep this god awful season under the rug and give ourselves the best chance of getting out of league one next season.

So happy for Ravel at the moment, he's settled, feeling loved, and just starting to really find his feet
I really worry for him in particular if Derby go down the drain.
It would be a real shame for him to finally find somewhere he feels at home, for it then to be taken away with liquidation.
If we go down, and Rooney leaves, I really hope he clicks with the next manager, decides to stay, and gets a few good season's under his belt.

If all of the noise is to be believed and its a big if, Mel is the sticking point and his unrealistic expectations of what someone will pay to cover his debts and "his stadium". Its all very well blaming the administrators but what can they do if he doesnt budge?
