The radio interview is now being mentioned on the BBC website so if he was looking for even more publicity then he's achieved his objective. Might be trying to force the Club to back-track on the dismissal of his client since as it stands, pending appeal, his income from Keogh for the next 18 months is zilch! I hope Derby stand firm on it's decision.
Following the interview, which you would think went ahead with the knowledge and approval of Keogh makes me even more disappointed in the player. If so, it's completely the opposite of everything I thought Keogh was about.
You never know someone until you REALLY know them.

Based on all the talk so far is about Keogh, DCFC have kept quiet, Who 1st broke the story, I'll put you're mortgage on it being the agent, Who got intouch with Jim Wots his face from Sky TV, Who gave an interview on 5live.
If you believe all the above fell to the earth from the sky then you most likely believe in fairys.

We keep going round and round. Not being party to the views of the Derby County hierarchy but my understanding is that had he been found to be drunk but uninjured he would have had the same treatment as Lawrence and Bennett but obviously he is unable to report for work for probably 15-18 months. Therefore the Club were fully justified in taking the action they have.
So sad - I was a huge Keogh fan.

"Heartbroken". I'm getting really sick of tosh like this coming out of the club. It's a business decision to reduce Keogh's salary. It's a business decision to sack him. I don't particularly mind this hard nosed approach, but I wish people would stop trying to pretend there's any emotion or compassion at play when the club's actions show anything but.

This all comes down to weak management. I'm afraid we need another manager who will instill some discipline and respect for this club. We are going in the wrong direction.

Lawrence & Bennett are still able to fulfil their contractual obligations but Keogh can't - not sure how significant that is in law though

Sorry to read about your struggles.
The only people alive who haven't crashed and burned when it comes to matters of the heart are those who can't find the courage to admit their feelings.
It hurts and feels weird now, but eventually you'll be glad you told her, regret at not taking a chance can last a lifetime.
I often take on, or get assigned tasks that seem daunting on the face of it, yet most complicated assignments can be broken down into simpler, more achievable targets that eventually add up to a finished project.
If you can take the same approach, split the work into blocks, then tackle the hardest problems first if possible.
Once they are completed, you'll feel mentally it gets easier the further you progress, having broken the back of the task!
Finally, as for being miserable being back in Leeds, that's a perfectly normal reaction to life there, it's only temporary and will disappear when you leave!

I'm comfortably well off, but my missus passed away. I'd reverse those things in a heartbeat.
Life deals harsh cards sometimes; people and employers can be shitbags. You'll get through being skint, so long as you stick together for each other...and then you won't be skint, and you'll be stronger for the shared effort. Good luck SSD.

It's so hard but you're doing the right thing. You'll never replace them and it's understandable when people say "we won't have another one" but personally I would - the joy pets can bring, sometimes over many years, outweighs the heartache when you lose one.
