Then we give 15 minutes to so to Sibley and Ebosele. What chance do they have? They need minutes on the pitch, not the triallists who if they were any good would run a mile rather than sign for us.

The positive was Sibley was the engine behind their own goal?
He could be quite a handy player that lad.

If only we could afford to sack Rooney and get an actual manager in. 

Sibley is so evidentally miles better than anyone else on our team. If Rooney isn't going to play him every single second he's fit then sell him for me. Deserves loads better than this circus.

It's family reasons, nothing sinister.

It’s interesting that Morrison is getting the starts ahead of our own youngster for the same position.
I understand they want to have a look at Morrison, but Sibbo will need mins.

He can't find exactly leave him out of a severely depleted squad. For Rooney, Sibbo is like a last resort.. like a crap chat up line.

Well this is curious. Especially when we have no money. If we were riding high and wanting to expand the academy programme further I could understand it.

Our youth midfield triumvirate of Sibley, Knight and Bird can and all should be better than Carroll. For me he'd be a squad filler blocking their progress and right now that's the last thing we need. It's a gamble but everything is a gamble this season. We have to trust those three and Bielik when fit, with cameos from some of the others. Our need for central defenders and a forward is much greater.
