Wonder if the council will step in with funding?

My concern here is simply this -
Wycombe may blink but MFC and Gibson are hell-bent on pushing this to liquidation. This is no longer business, it's become personal for them.
The EFL redirecting MFC to DCFC is one of the most striking parts of this entire saga.
I hate to say, I think it's over.

Couhig clearly doesn't understand the administration process, yet Dawes has just allowed him to waffle on without correction or challenging. Did Dawes not do any research before doing this interview?

So we let Marshall and Baldock go, presumably assuming that the wages provided by them both would be enough for the EFL to allow us to re-sign Jagielka. But that wasn't the case.
So even if we sell players, such as Sibley, there's absolutely no guarantee that the EFL will allow us to sign anyone else. Meaning by selling players we run the risk of having insufficient first team players.
So to summarise:
We can't sign players without demonstrating we can finance the season We cannot finance the season without selling players And there is no guarantee that if we sold those players that the EFL would be satisfied and would relax our restrictions Essentially the EFL want to strip our club bare of any assets, making it a League One club which will never be worth our debts

Was there ever any evidence that this bloke had the means to buy Derby County? His present company certainly wasn't big enough or successful enough to give him the necessary net worth.
Lot of free publicity and newspaper backlinks for Slync.io though...

It seems Andy hasn't quite caught up that Westlake Capital are nothing to do with DC United and sold their stake back in 2016.

These meetings are usually to vote on the proposal put forward by Administrators, so I'm presuming the final offer will be put to the bidders and we'll see the preferred bidders selected soon.

td_evans reacted to Ambitious in Players asked to defer wages
I don’t like it.
The players should be free to say no, without punishment. Some players can afford a deferral more than others.
If a life long Derby County fan with 100s of millions in the bank can’t be arsed to sacrifice for the club then why should the players?
I’m a Derby fan and I would be saying get me my money or allow me to walk. There is absolutely no certainty this deferral will ever be paid. Are we not just delaying the obvious?
