Red cards aren't judged on whether there is an attempt to play the ball. He was sent off for being the last man when he wasn't.

I used to work with a Notts County fan who referred to Forest as West Bridgeford Donkey Sanctuary as there apparently was such an establishment near the City Ground at one time. So that is quite an apt photo!

Sibley in particular is a player everyone seems to think is brilliant based on a couple of good games 3 years ago. They whinge when he doesn't start and when he does he does absolutely nothing. For me him and Bird are completely average players who are made out to be more then they are simpy because they are from the Academy. 

Ipswich, for their part, were pretty crap as well. They created little more than we did and won because of a total gift.

Speaking for myself I'm not scapegoating players but I am little fed up of listening to how good certain players are despite them rarely showing it.
In the case of Sibley none of our managers seem to have been enamoured with him, and there is usually a good reason for that. As for giving him game time that is not always a luxury a team can afford; how many matches does he have to be a passenger for until he hits form?
Bird has more about him but for a sitting midfielder never seems to get a grip of the game. He's young but it's no good if he can't assert himself in midfield.

They are just plain average. If we'd sign them rather than developed them the consensus would firmly be that they have not lived up to the hype.
Neither of them get any sort of grip on the game as you would expect them to given how much people rave about them. Vast passges of games go by without you noticing them.

Ipswich should be gutted with that. To only win 1-0 against a side so utterly useless at the most basic tasks playing with no particular style or direction with zero focal point is going to disappoint them. 
Imagine having that donkey sanctuary in front of you and struggling to finish them off.

Can anyone explain to me why  Sibley was on the pitch tonight? He doesn't create anything. Still a one in ten player in L1. To be honest I cannot think of a worse creative player. 

I think they have been alright, not great and not helped by the system. But they've been absurdly hyped over the years ('good enough for the Prem' etc). Let's be honest: they are struggling to make an impact in League One.
