I’d say that paying £9m for a player with one good season in the third division was absolute madness for a team in the second division. I said so at the time.
We should have been paying a maximum of a third of that money for him - or loaned him with view to purchase, if promoted.

So what we're saying is that they have failed to get promoted with 96 points, more than any other team to miss out before. They will likely be changing their manager, and will be a couple of weeks or so behind us in terms of preparation.
Still, at least they got to cheer Peterborough winning a week ago.

Wednesday so determined to win last week they look jaded and their fans that were relishing the prospect of playing Peterborough instead of us. I hated their gloating.
Especially as they only won by cheating.

Hey guys I have some good news to report on radio derby few mins ago all resitions have been lifted embargo too which means we can spend money on players but sensible fees not crazy money enough money for warn to weal and deal in summer transfear fees.

That's great. I went to your ground 3/4 years ago when we won and half of the ground was empty. Where were the mighty owls then? Less than 20k I seem to remember. Absolutely embarrassing.
