SSD reacted to sage in Housing
Sadly, in the last 40 years, we have let the market decide our housing policy.
By 'market' I mean of course large construction companies who build house for profit not need. If they built enough houses to alleviate the crisis they wouldn't be able to sell them for enough profit.

I dont think it's a big issue knowing someone's wealth. He might have investments in the background like the crypto shares and made money after it boomed. I've made a couple of quid (not millions) on online investments but I'm not going to declare it in front of the world. Mel Morris reportedly had hundreds of millions yet couldn't (wouldn't) pay the tax man, player wages and transfer fees. It's meaningless.
I've mentioned before, there's a number of football owners who dont have huge wealth in top two divisions yet run their clubs successfully e.g. Norwich. Garry Cook, a very well respected sports executive has agreed to come on board, that brings credibility. He has a good relationship with Rooney's agent. There's enough evidence to me which suggests giving CK a chance.

SSD got a reaction from RoyMac5 in POLL: Stephen Pearce - Do you sack him? (ask him to resign)
Millions in debt
Local businesses out of pocket
DCFC jobs needlessly lost
Lied about the healthy finances of the club
Nearly 100+ years of club history gone down the drain
There's not a kind bone in my body left for the man. Do the right thing and leave without another penny in your bank account.

SSD got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Kirchner- A risk or a potential reward
Not sure what the obsession of net worth is. Mel was supposedly worth half a billion yet couldn't pay a large tax bill. Delia and husband at Norwich worth less than £10 million yet runs the club seemingly very well.
It's his principles and plans for the club I'm more interested in than what's in his bank account
