Currently playing 2 in central midfield..Bird and Hourihane.
We also have Thompson, Fornah, Smith and Sibley...thats 6 players for 2 positions....
Even if he changes back to playing 3 in there, we have enough bodies.
What we do need is another quick winger to match Mendez Laing, as,Barkhuizen is the current choice.
Personally, i'd like to see John Jules play, although not sure if you play him up front or out wide...
Talking of up front, Waghorn and Washington are good back ups , when fit, but Collins is not good enough as our main striker.
He doesn't have the instinct or finishing quality for a top 2 team.
He does run around alot and that effort maybe still an assett for the run in, but we do need to sign a goalscorer!

Agree. We shouldn't sell Cashin or Bird in January.
You never know, with them, we may get promoted and then they might stay anyway!

Ward can't defend, certainly need Nyambe  back asap.
Collins touched the ball approx 7 times in the whole game. His first touch was in the 34th minute!
Cashin and Nelson were outstanding...

I know we’ve been linked to Juke at Brum before and maybe that boat has sailed but …watching his sub appearance the other night against Leicester he’s still a proper handful and in the air looks a proper threat …I think he’d do a job for us and score a few in L1

One thing i noticed v Orient and again today, Ward can't defend..yes he can put crosses in the attacking third..but he leaves a massive gap when we are defending.
When fit, I'd play Nyambe all day long..and stick to a back 4...if we don't keep Nyambe, i worry about us achieving promotion.

Nyambe to sign or a right back needed..we only have Ward and Wilson who are RWB's.
