You are kidding aren’t you ? Should be one of the greatest football teams in the land.

We talk a lot about how we are a big club, and rightly so. But hard to contend that we match them in terms of ground, support, history ...
One of their problems will continue to be that many talented young footballers want to be in or near London. We have suffered from this too. Good for Brentford,  Millwall etc but needs some levelling up ...

As the post-points deduction era begins for Derby, Chris, Tom and Anton look back on a positive four points picked up from home games against Reading and Swansea which saw the Rams climb out of a negative points total.
With both Kelle Roos and Ryan Allsop showing encouraging form between the sticks, who should keep the No.1 shirt for the Rams? Have Derby been slightly fortunate to go unbeaten (so far) at home this season?
We're also joined by Paul Harris, Managing Director of Derby Brewing Company, to talk to us about their initiative of creating a Derby County beer to raise funds for the club - and how fans can get involved.

It's been a tough week for the club and for us fans. We discussed the news of administration, how we got here and what's next, in our latest episode. We also reviewed the Stoke match and previewed the upcoming match against Sheffield United.

Hey all. We recorded an emergency podcast in the wake of Friday's news, and it's out now:

In a podcast we never thought we'd do, Chris, Richard and Tom react to the devastating news that Derby County are entering administration and will plummet to the bottom of the Championship following a 12 point deduction. How terminal will the situation become for our proud club, an institution of English football, and where do we go from here?
THE STATEMENT: Our emotions from Friday night, and how close we believe Derby currently are to liquidation. MEL MORRIS: How did a self-proclaimed 'lifelong fan' allow this to happen? We assess how a local businessman worth hundreds of millions took Derby County to the brink. STOKE: We won a game...! Amidst the chaos, Derby actually earned a rare three points. How has our relationship with the club and matchday changed now that results are basically irrelevant this season? To summarise one of our closing lines from this episode:

As long as there's a Derby County to talk about, we'll talk about it. Whether it's League One, League Two, or a pheonix club at the bottom of the pyramid. We're Derby now, and we always will be.

Some folk like to go ballroom dancing, Some like to walk in the Country, Some like to go to Church, There's a multitude of things that people did and still do, Not sure how old you are or if you were a around in the 70s-80s, But for some it was a way of life, It wasn't all Council house lads, I knew some posh lads with very wealthy parents, Teachers, Soldiers, The Police(not the band)Females, Professional people who on a Saturday would be just as much up for it than us.
Over the years while travelling away watching DCFC we'd go into a local boozer and see a group of Derby supporters(shirters and scarfers) being bullied by home fans, To see their smiling faces when we entered was a sight to behold, The home fans would soon back off.
I understand your "pathetic and sadness" of it all, Many many years ago I watched "World in Action or Panarama" where a Psychologist tried to explain "football violence" this was his opinion.
The British are an Island race of different peoples, What they have in common is an ability to fight/go to War, Something they have done for 2000 years, Beer was a big reason for this, Water wasn't drunk by the common man centuries ago, It was Beer, As all the c**p that was in the water was boiled away when making beer or mead even Children drank it, Around the time of the 1st world war public houses were ordered to close at certain times of the day.
So you see Bionoic it's not our fault...blame the Romans, Angles, Saxons, Jutes, Vikings, Normans, And most of all, Blame global warming for the last Ice age some 12000 years ago, As when that melted we were no longer joined to Europe ?

We’re at a brilliant place in the Custard Factory in Digbeth called Chase and Counters. It’s a board game bar so we’re playing Scrabble and their beers on tap are top notch. I’m having two halves, both Deyas - a Steady Rolling Man and Magazine Cover. I’ve only got into Deya recently but all the beers I’ve tried have been excellent. First couple were strong DIPAs and TIPAs but these are much more sessionable but still v tasty.

This is the first post I have seen since opening the thread, and the perfect one to say I'm sorry if you have messaged/mentioned me and I have ignored you, this morning has been chaos in all honesty, I'm not being lazy, haven't stopped since 8am.
I am now just finalising things by getting a couple of points fact checked to ensure that what I put out is completely accurate and not spend the day/evening correcting myself.
Feel like I'm apologising a lot lately, it's just I want to you to know I'm not trying my best here, not looking to tease this out, get more views, likes, attention, nothing of the sort.
I'm being sent screenshots of abuse, tweets and posts asking to verify all morning across different platforms, I'm asking you to please stop, in fact please don't even react to this thread as it will only add further to my notifications I have to work through. Never had to deal with anything on this scale before and in all honesty, I'm struggling as I don't want to ignore any of you.
Thanks again to the many for understanding on the forum, love you all and the positive support from last night makes me proud of what we have all created, I just need a bit more time. ??

I never post, but I do check in pretty regularly and browse around the topics here.  This forum is such a great source for keeping up with the club, and I just felt like chiming in today to shout out David and the moderators for the job they do here.  I have the utmost respect for the way this message board is run; and following this thread over the last couple days has only encouraged more admiration of the work you all do here.
I appreciate David's patience and leadership in drafting the summary and pursuing clarifications, and thank you for the latest update Boycie.  Once again: I really appreciate this place, and I know that the work that goes into its maintenance goes too often unappreciated.

Ok opening question - given the prolonged issues at the Derby County do you consider the level of communication from the club to the supporters to be adequate enough?
What reticence or reluctance has there been from the club to provide supporters with as much information as practicably possible?
