The conveyor belt is well under way. Shonibare, Bateman, JML, Cresswell, McDonald , Foster, Stretton, JBrown, Ebosele, Wilson, Solomon and Ibrahim all having been included in the matchday squad this season (not including the Chorley game).

Academy spend is exempt from P&S, but sales are not. So even if you spend £40m on the academy but only receive £1m in sales, you'd still be £1m better off for P&S than if you didn't have an academy at all.
Since the start of the 11/12 season, I believe we have spent the best part of £40m on the academy. We have have sold players for about £32m (based on transfermarkt and newspaper figures). But, we also have a number of players in the first team who will have a non-paper value. Assign values to the likes of Buchanan, Bird, Knight and Sibley, and I think it's fair to say we've got more out of the academy than we've put in

Exactly. And we only really started sowing seeds 7 or so years ago. Give it another 5 years and the academy will be paying for itself easily. Especially if we get to the Premier League

Assuming he backs us right up to the P&S limit, plus continues to spend on the academy and other little bits, then it's a minimum of £20m investment per year. Add in any transfer fees due and loans to repay, let's round that up to £25m.
As an investor, he'll be looking to make a profit. There are three options. Option 1: strip back all expenditure so that we can make a profit in the Championship. Option 2: win promotion and sell the club straight away. Option 3: win promotion and run the club at a profit.
    Let's hope it isn't option 1.
Assuming option 2, that means going up spending up to about £100m (to match the increase in club value). Given promotion bonuses could range from £10m-£20m depending on the business we do. It means we would need to go up within 3 years.
Option 3, it means not making a return on the investment until a number of years after being in the PL.
My money would be on option 2.

Excellent translation of the text, however like many transcripts of interviews it is very limited to what it quotes.
In the interview he gives an outline of his background:
His father owned Logroñés football club when he was very young and so being around a football club is normal for him.
He moved to Indonesia when he was 16 for family business, and as he knew the trainer of the national boxing team ( his grandfather was Spanish boxing champion and the trainer also Spanish) he took up the sport to get himself fit. He went on to make 5 professional fights, winning all of them by KO and becoming champion of Indonesia. He became a father at 21 and as he felt that he couldn't give the sport 100% decided to finish.
He moved into the family business in Indonesia of real estate, mainly construction of villas in Bali after studying business.
If he were to buy a club for love it would be Logroñés, but the opportunity to buy DCFC was too interesting to pass up. If however he could buy any club in the world it would be Atlético Madrid.
He spoke to Ramon Calderon recently and they talked about the tie in the European Cup.
The interviewers then asked about the money side of the deal and although he didn't want to give out the numbers for buying the club he did leave them almost speechless with the amount of money in the English game. He is however buying the club with the help of partners he has in a holding.
When asked about the reception he had received from fans he was delighted with the response, although he would have understood if they had said "who's this youngster who has come here and bought our club? What are his intentions?" (@DarkFruitsRam7 and @Millenniumram, your tweets didn't reach him).
They then spoke about Rooney, basically saying what was said in the transcript.
"Is there a Spanish player that you would like to take to Derby County?" was then asked to which he answered Fernando Llorente. After the incredulation of the interwiewers he did say that he had not spoken to Llorente, but that as someone from his region and someone he admires very much he is "the type of player, for his experience and what he would bring" that he would like to sign, but at this moment the club doesn't have that kind of money. However he would be his dream signing.

That more or less is the interview. What would I say are my feelings after listening? He is a young man who has known nothing but success. He always gives 100% to whatever he does. He's not in this on his own, but although he didn't say who the other backers are (in no way did he avoid the very brief question, he just didn't elaborate)  or how much input in the day to day running they will have I got the impression that he will be the one running us. He does seem to want nothing but success and does understand how much it could cost. If he has half the success he has had up to now and his ambition would suggest then we're in for quite some ride.
My worries? He may just be too enthusiastic, and although as I said he appears to know the pitfalls, he does seem to drop things when he feels he can't give 100% (take his promising boxing career).
I haven't been to an amusement park in almost 15 years, it looks as though I'm about to go on the biggest and newest there is around.

The record of both sides since Rooney was appointed manager:

The inexperinced 34 year-old Rooney, missing half the squad due to injury, (including one of the best players in the league), with a bunch of kids to fill in... vs the experienced and one of the best managers in the league, with one of the biggest squads in the league, with very few if any injuries.

Similar applies to those who say we have no chance of playoffs next season in my opinion. Just look at Reading and Barnsley.
Take Reading for example. They finished just 7 points outside the bottom 3. They have pretty much the same squad as last year. Signed a 25 year old on a free from Shrewsbury and got 3 loans in - 2 squad players and a backup player. However, that year of struggle meant their promising youngsters gained vital experience. 5 of their 12 most used players this season came through their academy and are only in their very early 20's. Sounds somewhat familiar to our situation?

Iirc, we went into the Lampard season with this team in mind:
    Carson
    Wisdom   Keogh   Davies   Malone
    Bryson   Ledley   Mount
    Wilson                     Lawrence
    Waghorn/Marriott
Given that's just a LB, CM, RW and CF away from what we had under Rowett, it wasn't exactly the massive turnover implied by "this team, apart from a few will not be playing next season". In fact, Fozzy reclaimed his starting spot until he also picked up another serious injury.
Obviously, Bogle broke through, Davies picked up a serious injury and replaced by Tomori, but the rest of the team didn't change too much. Cole, Jozefzoon, Evans, Holmes were all squad players so don't really come in to it.
