He's got to be one of the higher earners at the club.
I was trying to be positive and hope things improve but as soon as I heard what he's like with academy, that made my mind up. 
We only need to look at Sunderland and what they're doing to see how you can bring the whole club together. Their average age today was just 23 with a 16 year old scoring on his league debut. 
I can't see us being able to do that anytime soon with PW at the helm. 

They discussed the Cashin situation on Radio Derby earlier and spoke about him being out of contract at the end of the season, whilst never mentioning the fact that we would still be entitled to a fee/compensation if he leaves at the end of the season... no wonder so many people incorrectly think that we'll lose him for nothing, completely ignoring the fact that he's under 24 🙄

As I said in my post... "playing in a false LM position". Prior to our midfield signings and after Bird's injury, Warne publicly stated he had no senior CMs available other than Hourihane and Smith. That tells you everything you need to know.

This is the manager who doesn't consider Thompson to be a viable option at CM, nevermind the likes of DRobinson and Radcliffe, which is why he was barely used last season, used at LWB in pre-season, then used as a false LM in his few appearances this season. 
He complained that the squad was too small which resulted in the players being burnt out, but only used 1 player from the U21 squad in the league last season (Rooney).

U18's won 3-2 with an 89th minute Cruz Allen winner.

Not thrilled about how we set up this game, Bolton are a side that like to control the ball and that’s fine, but we’ve really not done ourselves any favours in this game. 
The mistakes and naive football is synonymous with the Paul Warne experiment at Derby County. The more games we have like this, the more I yearn for the 0-0 draw against Shrewsbury where Cashin is making 140 passes under Rosenior. It was another extreme, but out of the two I at least like to watch our players on the ball.

Transfer offers (not interest) and  nukber of clubs are a factor. Based on past cases, the fee is usually at least as high as the amount offered by the buying club. This reported £3.6m bid will be a key driver if he then moves to Brighton on a free at the end of the season. 
However, I'm now expecting him to move to Brighton in January for the fee agreed with no loan back. We have a few months to find a replacement.

He only made his Wales U17 debut in March and is now in the U19 squad despite still being 17 until 2024.
He's arguably already our best CB at U21 having only stepped up to that level for the last few games last season.

If cash goes at the end of his contract then I could well be wrong but aren't we due a potential compensation fee for development? Imagine we could use formal written bids of £4mill from a prem team as a starting point for a compensation amount?
If a tribunal said the fee was £900k then we would rightly point to Brighton bids as his true value.
