I was there for the Accrington game in 1957,  It was a top match in the 3rd div north, the gate was 24,200. It was my second season as a Rams supporter. We were promoted that season, And that team is still one of my all time favourites. UTR.

100% the most aesthetically pleasing player to watch on his day - a ton of talent. 
Shame he hasn't done more with it though. He just didn't have that edge that Mount had, no better player but he just had a more cut throat approach to his game.  

turn the concourses into snugs/lounges. Put some chesterfield leather sofas and chairs in. Put saloon doors on the toilets and stair exits, and introduce table service. Make it like a pub experience, with pub beer and pub food, then people will turn up at 1pm and spend their cash.

We have a mutual friend who lives in the USA he is in the UK this week end and is taking my friend to what is likely to be his last match ever. I'm just hoping if there are any protests it wont affect the match. So please spare a thought or a prayer if your so minded on Saturday. I wont say his name as he hated social media as much as he loved the Rams. So UP THE RAMS  P will be thinking of you.
