He will indeed, and it will take time. But the accusations that he us one-dimensional will keep happening if he keeps reverting to 3 at the back when it has clearly not worked, or playing a wing back formation when we don’t actually have wing backs, or depending on fitness and running, but signing players who are getting too old for that. The lack of players who can play to Warne’s requirements nay be because of budgetary restraints, but might also be because the type of player we need for this don’t actually want to come and play in this sort of system? And finally, Rooney excepted because his injury was a freak accident, is the high number of injuries the result of the “flat out till you gas out” maxim such that players are pushing themselves too hard in training, or are being pushed too hard?
Only time will tell, but these issues have been lurking around for months, and nothing seems to be changing.
I would love to see a return to the heady days of Clough, Mackay, Cox and Smith, but I am 66 and heading rapidly towards 67, and wonder if it will ever happen in my lifetime?

To me the comment Anti Football is very derogatory.   Paul Warne isn’t everybody’s cup of tea football wise He sure loves Coffee though.  
I’ve got to be honest I really like the bloke now and I hope he succeeds at Derby .
I think he gets a very unfair rap from some fans regarding his tactics and style of play.

But Covid didn’t distinguish between Clubs  right.  
It should have been a grant not a  loan for all Clubs

Come on Curtains you know the difference between a loan and a gift. If you don't any chance you can loan me a couple of grand?

We were under an investigation for ffp breaches for our amortisation policy, had we filed more accounts using the same method we would have been under further investigation, more charges brought against us, more sanctions and more points deductions sought after. If we had changed our policy the EFL would have been saying that we are admitting our guilt and used it in their attack on the club, and pushed for more sanctions. I really don't see which way the club could have gone with this. For me without hindsight, it was impossible to make the right call.

Yes you are right but they were wrong IMO to stipulate it had to be paid back .

This I just extremely silly and naive , how many times have you seen far better managers than warne with far better teams and far better players than warne bemoan his team dropping too deep when they have come under pressure or winning a game ,,, that’s players and how they respond to what’s happening on the pitch in real time , you do realise football is a moving physical game with two sets of eleven over 90 mins don’t you ,don’t you🤷🏻‍♂️
bolton away , two pretty poor teams on the day for differing reasons and in differing ways , if your derby as the away side why would you expend all your energy and pull yourself out of shape chasing after the ball when they are doing bugger all to hurt you with it ?
a manager can have all the tactics he wants in any game but if the players are off it and not firing it won’t make a blind bit of difference unless of course that happens too often for too long without results comming in which case the manager gets sacked ,
we have started the season poorly but two very good away wins with 7 goals scored are a decent return too , I will take those two wins as important, some will discount them as meaning nothing ,throwing out this stat , that stat ,this number ect or come up with but the other team did this or that and give us all the ifs , buts and maybe s , which they’re less keen to do when we lose
goals change games , goals define games , at this level refs change games , players are lifted or deflated by them , crowds are lifted or deflated by them , approaches have to change ect ect ect ,
football is not a sterile numbers game , it’s not played on paper or later day on spreadsheets ,it’s a vibrant organic thing unfolding taking twists and turns in front of our eyes on the pitch,
I say again , we’ve started quite poorly and if warne doesn’t get it right and get results he’s gone , im not at that point yet , some are but to be fair many of those don’t want him , never wanted him and never will

I think the international break will do him good, also can see him being a big player for us still, some players just take a little longer to settle, like Curtis Davis did, also Craig Short took a while, Sonny has not become a bad player overnight, apart from the 1 mistake against Bolton, he had a decent game. Lets get behind the lad, and support him through this tough start he has had. 

Fair enough that’s your opinion.  I just maybe am more patient than you at the moment.  
Guve it until Xmas and we will revisit this for a review.
