CapeTownRams Posted Thursday at 12:37 Share Posted Thursday at 12:37 (edited) Interesting seeing him when he came off without his shirt etc….. he’s not as lean as most of the other players…. Unusual…: maybe just s result of lack of game time etc… Did he get a full pre-season ?? Edited Thursday at 12:38 by CapeTownRams
CapeTownRams Posted Thursday at 12:56 Share Posted Thursday at 12:56 We sure as hell pick up a lot of injuries these days. Yes, we know PW likes us to play at a high tempo etc but one has to start wondering whether the players are getting enough rest and recovery time or whether the training regime needs tweaking. Bad ones can be 3 months, right? 5 to 6 weeks is ok. Animal is a Ram, Crewton and Carl Sagan 2

I was watching Phillips warm up at h t in front of the south stand . It struck me that he was tall but very skinny . Not the “Beast” that Ozoh is . I think it is normally the fast players that get hamstrings on a regular basis .
RodleyRam Posted Thursday at 15:28 Share Posted Thursday at 15:28 Has the potential to significantly disrupt the way we play. Hopefully we can find a replacement in the ranks or adjust our formation to cover what he was bringing to us. Shame for the lad as he was just getting into his stride but hopefully it's something that'll mend fully. jimtastic56
TimRam Posted Friday at 10:20 Share Posted Friday at 10:20 Will be sign of a good setup if we can adjust to his injury. DavesaRam

It seems to me, that we've been saying the same thing for a number of years and quite a few different managers now.
