I advocate giving time to managers and don't like change for changes sake, but it is harder and harder to defend the direction he is taking the team. We are miles off it. Even the most ardent must see this. Its not arrogant, as someone previously said, for us to expect a good performance and a possible result from at least 50 to 70% of fixtures at this level.
