You also have to get to the cup finals to enter that one ( which you haven’t been in one since 1946 ) Leicester been in 10 finals fa cup/ league cup since 1946. Most Rams fans joined me in the genuine hope that they came out on top in a game which was a good advert for British football. The general consensus was happiness that an East Midlands club was again successful. I am saddened to observe that it is somehow degenerating into a slanging match and hope that this stops, and that it stops NOW! Thank you all! Also I did want you to get promoted the last few times you’ve been in the play offs because I’d rather be playing you lot then say someone like Fulham or Watford. it has been a crazy 5 years for us and something I wouldn’t ever believe would happen. In a way it should give you hope though because just over 10 years ago we were relegated into league one and it felt like a new start. Ever since then we’ve had some unbelievable highs ( Prem league , fa cup, champions league , Vardy being god and unbelievable lows ( Vichai death , Watford play off, Cardiff play off, Claude puel footballing style, missing out on top 4) but in terms Of owners we hit the jackpot because before them we had Milan mandric what was 5 managers a season and relegated bad. Genuinely well done to you for finally reaching the top of the mountain. I spent over 10 years living in Leicester. It’s my second city. I’ve got nothing but good feelings for Leicester City, (except when we’re playing each other of course). I’m pleased that you’re representing the East Midlands well in the premier league (not you personally, you’re doing a fairly crap job of representing our region and your city). I was pissed off with you when you beat us in the play offs, but I was also pissed off with QPR, and Villa, and I’m sure West Brom were with us, but there’s no rivalry based on that, as much as you want there to be (maybe with QPR, I can’t stand QPR). What about in 2007? I mean, it’s another reason to say ‘well done’ you went from league 1 to champions in about 8 years, and fa cup winners 5 years later. But you definitely weren’t the top team in the East Midlands at that time. I lived in Leicester for a good chunk of my life from 2000 to 2013 and barely registered that Leicester city existed.
