No space for Pearce, Huddlestone, Thorne, Nugent, Martin or Jerome (all big earners) with the likes of Bogle and Thomas still playing their trades with the under 23’s? Hes not big and a physical presence and hes not small and quick. he is losing his legs and the quality of his passing is to be questioned. his positional play Friday was dreadful too not to mention he fell on his backside trying to chase a player before they scored....... Ambitious Posted August 7, 2018 Share Posted August 7, 2018 I see Evans as a work-in-progress. I know it's exciting because we haven't seen him play yet, but I'd be surprised if he's at the standard of Huddlestone, Ledley & perhaps even Thorne.
