At the end of the season if we're in the Premier League it will be his loss and if we're not it's probably time to shake things up a bit and have him move on. He's playing well at the moment and that's brilliant, but it didn't stop him attempting two wild efforts against Bristol City when the players we would need for the Prem would have to have more composure. If he's not going to sign then it means he'll be trying incredibly hard from now till the end of the season to impress managers everywhere (and Rowett) in the hope he'll get a lucrative offer for next season.
