You are right PP is better, but the best atmosphere at PP isn't a tenth of the best atmosphere at the BBG. Don't get me wrong the atmosphere could be equally as flat at the BBG, but when it was good it was primeval in it's intensity, and you have certainly missed out by not experiencing it. Pride Park is bigger, has more space, better facilities, more parking and looks good on the eye but needs the lower tier around the horseshoe to be standing so to create a better atmosphere.
