Wolfie
I'm confused now. So, does Curtains believe or not that McClaren did an "amazing job" here?

Duracell
The plot-twists, sub-plots and random YouTube videos of a curtains thread make for addictive reading. I'm hooked.

Cox also got us promoted to the top Division as did Billy Davis. McClaren has failed to get us promoted to a higher standard of football. Ie the Premier League. Whos to say he would of done it next season if his record is anything to go by in the past at Derby. Yeah, you're right, what's inconsistent? McClaren average player at DCFC. McClaren good assistant manager to Jim Smith at Derby ending up with promotion to Premier League. McClaren left Jim Smith and Derby to go to Man U as assistant to Sir Alex Ferguson and won the treble. McClaren manager of Middlesbrough and won League Cup. McClaren manager of England and dubbed Wally with the brolly. McClaren won the title with FC Twente in Holland as manager so did well so credit where credit is due. McClaren manager at Wolfsburg with limited success McClaren limited success at Twente on his return and also Wolfsburg. McClaren failed at Forest McClaren success at Derby reaching playoff final but losing to QPR 2nd season failure finishing 8th after last day 0-3 collapse against Reading at home. Sacked by Derby . Total failure at Newcastle and sacked. Returned to Derby and initially did well but then lost the plot imo . End result as a manager very mixed. Earned himself a tidy sum of money I'd say. Pretty much the same as any manager then, they all win some and they all lose some. Right squad at the right time does wonders for the win ratio. Quite a few, but there are huge plot holes and quite often the books don't seem to follow on from each other very well, even if they have some of the same characters.
