Why did we do it ?

WDLWWWWWWWDWDLWLWDW was why we did it.

LLDLDLLWDL and the availability of one Gary Rowett was why he was sacked.

It's really quite simple.

1.62 points per game. Play off form.

Why was this article even written? £1,000,000 is a laughably insignificant amount to a club who spend as much as Newcastle.

But it looks like we are paying McClarens compensation now not Newcastle

So your question should be "Why did we sack McClaren?" or "Why didn't Mel put him on a rolling contract?". We're paying McClaren's contract for what he did at Derby. Newcastle are irrelevant.

You don't get to ask me what my question should be lol.

Newcastle are not irrelevant how can they be as after clearly getting rid of a failing McClaren they got away with paying him compensation allegedly as we rushed to get him back  .

Here is another question:

Why can't McClaren maintain a consistent run of form without having massive dips in form.
