Lingard and Keane were pretty average with us anyway plus it would have been very difficult holding onto Lingard considering he was breaking into United's team. Yes we had a good squad, but we started the season with a different manager and Mac came in with no pre-season with the club and got us to our highest position for 7 years. Keane didn't want to fight for a place with Keogh and Buxton and wasn't really that good for us. Lingard?
