At least like for like, but preferably you add defensive strength. Help the team don't hinder it. Whys the concept so hard for recent Derby managers ? Derbyram1983 Posted October 1, 2016 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Didn't go to the match. A good point against a good reading side. Obviously was anticipating a win after being 1-0 at 89 mins. I think we're improving and hopefully will start climbing. It's going to be a season of change though. I.e. Manager and players maybe in january. As unambitious as it is I'm happy if we don't go down this season. This will feel like defeat for the players and a further attack on our fragile confidence. Sitting in 20th position with nearly a quarter of the season gone. Good for us to score first but our bench looked strange from the outset with Baird being our only real cover for four defenders and three midfielders.
