Exactly!!! That's as good a reason as any for NOT wanting him here.

An experienced head to see a game out.

Is experience in our team really a problem?

Other than Lowe, I think most players have played in excess off 100 games.

If anyone can explain what they think he will bring to the table I might think about it.

We haven't had a captain for years, we are without doubt the most fragile team in the league, when things go bad for us they go terribly bad....we need someone on the pitch to stop this happening....a leader, Keogh is not it (mainly because most of the bad things that happen to us are happening because of him ha ha) Barton would be great.

Well if players won't respond to Keogh who is supposedly part of the clique why would they respond to Barton.

When the going gets tough.....

Barton falls out with everyone.

Couldn't hack the SPFL

This tough leader he signed off with stress (over his contract being ended and training with the youth team....and people knock our players cos they're on x thousand pounds a week)

Seriously, he's done. He 34 and very much down the down swing of his career. Not played competitively for months now.

Look at the flack Baird takes, or Bent.

Some people just seem to love a tough man thing.....Pearson....Barton.....

Thankfully now Pearson's gone there is naff all chance of us even looking.
