January Transfer Suggestion Thread

Would rather have Norman Wisdom.

Perennial underachiever who can't hold down a place.

Baird is doing well and we are in for Paterson.

Transfer priorities should be elsewhere.

LB, CM, CF and a Forestieri or similar who can link midfield and attack.

We don't need a CM if we are bringing in FF or someone similar. The reason we sold Hendrick was because the midfield places were too crammed. No need to bring another one in.

A LB? Lowe is more than good enough to hold that place, just needs to get over his injury problems. No need to invest in another LB. We have 3 on the first team books already.

And we need a CF yes.

My list would be:

Hogan, Paterson & Wildschut. 3 players that can improve this team.

Alan Judge is linked to Villa for 500k, I know he's back from a serious injury soon but that's peanuts if he can rediscover his form.

Newcastle still want him.

I don't like him as a player but anyone denying he's a good footballer is either in denial or stupid

Not sure if previsouly suggested but Sam Winall of Barnsley looks decent. Good finisher and can hold on to the ball. Not sure of price but looks a good player.

Winall is decent shout.

Yeah why not? He turned down a new contract at hull, and willing to take a pay cut. Why not, he's good in this league

He is playing premiership football pretty much week in week out. Maybe he would drop to the championship, you never know, but I know where my mortgage would be....

As I said... dream 11

Your "dream" 11 contains snodgrass? Is he keeping messi on the bench?

(Joking, I understand what you mean, he would be a superb signing, but doubt he is thinking of dropping from the prem at all)
