So their legal seagull in his letter points to the fact that the Oystons have successfully sued their fans in the past and unless the recipient of the letter stumps up cash they will receive the same treatment!

This has absolutely nothing to do with restoring the reputation of the Oystons or Blackpool FC this is just a way of kicking their fans who dared to dissent and making the Oystons more cash.

I wasn't sure?

I do know he co-owned a company with convicted sex offender Stuart Hall and Bill Roache, who was cleared of sex offences, how unlucky can a company get?

Having Googled it, he is indeed a convicted rapist.

Looks like grandad out of mrs browns boys.

One of the things Owen Oyston said was "No more suing the fans after the current lot go through". Incidentally, the 'current lot' are 15 supporters who are being sued for £50,000 each over the pitch invasion - which, incidentally, is the total that Oyston FC were fined by the FA over the incident.

Also, a Blackpool fan I have the pleasure of knowing, Andy Grice (the one who successfully sued Sam Oyston who had alleged that Andy had left his role at a Blackpool casino because of dishonesty) is in court again tomorrow, being sued (a completely new case).

Blackpool fans are hoping and praying that the High Court action being brought by Valeri Belokon (part owner of Blackpool FC) against the Oystons takes them for a pretty penny. At least then they will understand that bullies eventually get their come-uppance.

Reading on some of the Blackpool forums it appears that the 'police investigation' mentioned in the letter is non-existent. Surely these letters amount to extortion with legal action as the threat? Hopefully they can club together and get a decent solicitor in to take this rubbish to pieces.

Hopefully then CONVICTED RAPIST Owen Oyston and his ballbag of a son will stop pulling this sort of crap.
