Ince is one-dimensional and lacks defensive work ethic. The main thing he's good for is scoring and now the goals have dried up he's being shown to contribute little. This year's Bamford. Ibe was much better defensively, not such a selfish player and able to score goals just as spectacular as Ince does. That being said, he's not the reason we've come undone this season. I'd go with the same three letters as @G STAR RAM. McClaren has tinkered too much with a winning formula, failed to drop under performers like Keogh, Christie and Forsyth, and done nothing to dismiss the hoofball culture that crept in in the Forest game. We miss him dearly and his leaving coincided with our decline.I was thinking about this......and the fact is that Ibe was already becoming a target for criticism from some sections of the crowd and was going through a select him/ drop him/ select him / drop him process akin to cyrus christie.i wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool just decided that maybe this wasn't necessarily a good place for him to be afterall.
