  • It's called loyalty. Barker was injured playing for DCFC, so the club has a moral obligation to give him every assistance and opportunity to make a comeback. Some say there is no room in professional

  • "nfCaPmR" alt="nfCaPmR"> He was actually just stamping on a basket of kittens   sick *******

  • Like some of you, I have doubts that he'll play professionally again. But I won't hide the fact that I WILL cry if he ever plays for Derby again. I don't know why cos he was never my favourite player

Fantastic to see. The club have released other images on Twitter as well.. Hopefully Captain Fantastic will be back soon

I'll reserve judgement til they release one of him steaming into a 50-50 with Bucko and coming off best...

I genuinely think I'll shed a tear if he makes it back onto Pride Park pitch in a Derby shirt for a competitive fixture.

A true warrior and battler if ever there was one.

looking skinny

Daveo says its photoshopped. Them legs belong to a mystery player.

What a bizarre picture - a footballer in black football boots! I thought they were banned.

Seriously though, seeing Barker kicking a ball again is an excellent sight. It would be brilliant if confounded the doubters (which include me) and made it back to being the player he was when he first joined.

Average player

Top bloke

Good to see him back kicking a ball... And good for competition at the back

Wanchope or Bennett, you decide

They didn't show the next frame.

Looks like a new signing with that hair do.

You can look ''skinny'' but still be super strong, Bruce Lee for example.

bruce lee couldn't bench press as much as a weight lifter, therefore you're analogy is flawed.

Hell be back for the forest home match you'll see :)

I'm sure he could, he was stronger than many weightlifters, he had huge forearms for his size.

Ryback off the WWE would snap him in half.

Bigger frame doesn't necessary mean stronger. don't watch WWE anymore but Bruce Lee would be too quick, he had speed and strength.
