But but but we are not here to make up the numbers, we will be competitive. I smell bs again. We’ve been here before
I heard a rumour at the back end of last season that Warne walked out of a transfer meeting when it was revealed he had a grand total of just over £1m to spend on signings this season. I’m sure on accuracy but if you do a quick estimate , most of the signings we’ve made matches pretty close to the sell-on clauses we’ve received.

Warne is a fitness coach at best. Please bring in a football coach Clowes.

Do you mean Michael Smith? Belive Matt Smith has just retired...
Yeah, the one at Sheffield Wednesday

I think we have two options
A) - go in for Matt smith or Ipswich striker on loan
B) hope someone puts a bid in for cashin and use the funds

Adams?
Adams had that ability as shown at Forest Green but Cardiff never played him.

I’d love Deli Alli what a story if we were able to secure him, Warne’s man management , lots of encouragement and praise we might see him rejuvenated. What happened to him was awful and I’d love him to rediscover even 10-15% of what he had.

Have a manager that makes all the current players better.
I haven’t seen him improve a current player, youth player or any player we’ve had.

Maybe we are saving it for deadline day?
Remember our Lord and saviour said we have a competitive budget, certainly for the championship and we aren't there to make up the numbers.
Deadline day could be exciting.
Quick CB
CF

after midnight on deadline day
Liam cooper - free
Tyrese JJ - free till Jan
great competitive budget ✍️

One positive, is all newly promoted sides currently look around the same level.

I really can’t see us signing anyone at the moment. I feel for Warne because his hands have been tied. Have we actually spent any money that hasn’t been through transfer clauses? I’ve totalled about £2.5-2.7M
-
Very poor
-
I can see the following:
• CB - Cooper on a deal to January
• CM - prem loan
• CF - Al Hamadi loan
• surprise Free agent signing a bit like a Gayle from last year
out
- Washington
- brown

He was pretty much fitting and no health professional worth their salt would have entertained his demands to play on. I love his commitment to the cause, but IMO, they were absolutely right. I was told I did something similar after getting wiped out kickboxing (the fitting bit) and 30 seconds later I was apparently arguing I'd not even been clipped. The expression 'knocked senseless' exists for a reason 😂
I suffer with seizures due to spinal cord pain and if I’m having one or just after I’m totally delirious. Cashin was all over the place. It was certainly the right decision to take him off.

So you predicted we would get 0 points by the end of the season ?
By comparison Eeyore is an irrepressible optimistIt’s my way of not being disappointed. It’s actually quite nice going into a game I thought we’d be hammered 3-4 nill and win.

We would have been lucky just to draw !
Some are saying: we looked outgunned, we’ll struggle. You’re saying: we won so Warne won the tactical battle.
The reality is: it’s a 3 point ram raid and those points could prove vital in a battle for top 6 or a relegation dogfight. We’re still recruiting, still trying to find the best way to use our new talent and until we see how all that unfolds we have no idea which end of the division Warne will take us to. We just need to wait and see
I actually like being the underdogs this year, it will certainly help us. I’ve predicted to lose every game, so I’m not disappointed. Saturday was such a determined performance.

Looks very welcome, nay essential, signing for us.
Has he just completed a full season for his club? Do they play through the summer?
I know it's not the same as an outfield player but if so, will he be in need of a rest?
From my limited knowledge of Scandinavian football their season runs from late March - November
