So, can someone confirm that as it's live on Sky Sports, it means the match can NOT be shown on Rams TV?
I don't have Sky and would rather pay to Rams TV than try to persuade the bar staff in my local in Bristol to turn the telly on for a League 1 match!

I'll be there. Heading over to my son's for lunch and a 45-minute walk from there to the ground. No chance of away tickets, so I'll be standing amongst the Pirates on the side terrace.
Hoping for plenty of rams goals for me to practice my non celebration!

I'll be driving up from Bristol on Saturday. So, are you ITK people now saying the route through Alvo Park will be open as normal??
Would be great if so!

I confess I've not read all 460 replies in this thread, so it may have been covered already or even be general knowledge to many on here - is there any reason why poor old Daniel choose B4ev6is as his user name?

I mentioned my frustrations with Wildsmith's timewasting during the away fixture at Bristol Rovers last April:
Seems nothing has changed.

I thought Giles Barnes would have an amazing career. I know many of you on here think otherwise.
Never saw Timi Max Elsnik play, but he seemed to get a huge amount of 'just wait until he breaks into the first team' build up and praise from all quarters.

SBW works best for me, too

I think Southampton had an academy in Wales also producing good players . Let’s be honest , something had to change . The sale of academy products has bankrolled the the rise of the club down the road. It’s going to take a while , but you only need a Jude Bellingham.
I remember about 3 seasons ago people on here were wondering what all the fuss with Bellingham was about. People saying Sibley was the better prospect...
Come on Louie, we're all behind you, it's not too late!

As I said before. The club admins of every team we play in this league put out piss taking videos like they've won the lottery when they get a point. This tinpot shithousery shows just how big a club we are in this league. Nothing to do with arrogance. We just are and these players need to have that mentality and start knowing it. Real Madrid never seem to have the best line up to win the Champions league every year. Their mentality has them a goal up before every game.
I found Wildsmith's feigned injuries and timewasting a total embarrassment. And the diving on the ball after every save. The sort of behaviour you expect when you're 5 minutes away from causing a cup upset, not just trying to defend a lead in League One. For 85 minutes. No wonder he got booked.
We all know the home crowd can act as the 12th player on the pitch. Did he not realise that incensing the crowd made them more vocal and encouraging in their support of Rovers? He might think the "You're sh1t, hahahaha" chant every time he kicked the ball (not just the goalkicks) and "wankerrr, wankerrr, wankerrr" chant (in Bristolian) were funny and he could somehow rise above it, but it just didn't help our team. "Same old Derby cheats" was painful to hear.
I was unfortunately standing on the Rovers' terrace and they were absolutely loving it. I turned to my son after the trainer was called on for yet another Wildsmith phantom injury and we agreed this behaviour would bite us on the bum eventually. Sure enough, 7 minutes added time mostly down to JW. Surely no Rams fan was surprised that a penalty was given at 90+5 mins when in other circumstances the final whistle would have blown long before?
Sort it out Wildsmith/Warne!

That’s very kind. I think I have a ticket coming via a Rovers fan from work.
I wonder how many away fans have to do this each week? It’s the second time for me this season.
Hope we manage to contain ourselves when Derby score their third 😊
Haha - at least we'd find out what each other looks like! Guess a sombrero and a top hat between us would get some strange looks from the Gasheads...

Have you considered sitting on your hands in the home end? I was thinking of hopping over the bridge to do that very thing before parental responsibility put an end to that
I, unfortunately, will be doing exactly that. Well, in the standing area actually. I'll be wearing a Rams shirt but keeping it covered up obviously. My contact who got my ticket could possibly get you one too @Anag Ram. Let me know if you want me to pursue this.

Ive got tickets in the home end. Was thinking of going to the George Inn before the game - do you know waht the parking is like round there?
My fave is the Prince Albert at the top of the steep climb out of Stroud towards Minchinhampton Common. Proper pub. Great community vibe. Even featured in a Tom Kerridge 'help the local pub' series.

I suffer a bit with the current away history groupings. I live in North Somerset. In previous seasons I could get to Bristol City, Cardiff City, Reading and Aston Villa without too much trouble. And a couple of visits to PP too. Always had to wait for general sale, but with a bigger away allocations at bigger grounds, never had a problem getting tickets as long as I was quick off the mark.
That list of previous away venues is only 4 though, so I don't make it to the 5+ group. I was looking forwards to Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham, FGR and maybe Exeter this season, but due to the smaller grounds and hence allocations none (perhaps Exeter might), have made general sale.
I have a secret agent getting me a Bristol Rovers ticket for the 'home' end. Not the same of course, but that will have to do for this season 🤷♂️

That's the one. Unfortunately, we had a Foletti in goal for Unsworths freekicks the week after, when we lost 4-3 to a poor Everton side who should have gone instead.
Drove up from Bristol for that Everton game. Was my young son's first time watching the Rams. Still remember the buzz of being in a crowd where everyone was wearing Derby shirts and didn't think I had a strange Northern accent!
Strupar's wonder goal masks a pretty woeful performance from us. Losing a 6-pointer at home was a bitter pill. Did Foletti ever play again?

Hmm, I'll be on a 5-day tour of Hampshire and West Sussex with my classic motorbike club, staying in Chichester. I'll look at train times up to London on 29th...

Exactly.
If you’re out on a Wednesday night right town, Spoons and that, would be easy to nip in there. Out at Pride Park it’s not that convenient.
Think I'd rather be out by Pride Park than in a city centre Spoons!

Do you usually eat between 3pm and 5pm, just thinking and this might sound crazy but hear me out…..eat before or after the game, you know, what people usually call……dinner time or tea time?
Ah to live back up North! I get funny looks for calling it dinner time and tea time. Down here in the South West it's lunch time then dinner time. If we're having friends round for a meal in the evening, dinner (tea to you and me) mysteriously becomes supper!
To misquote Peter Kay, I thought supper was a couple of digestive biscuits and a cup of cocoa before bed! -
The PSA test is reputed to be such a sledgehammer and give so many false positives that it seems to be widely disregarded by GP practices in this area.
I asked my GP for a test shortly after my 60th. He was really reluctant as I was asymptomatic. I said no matter how unreliable the test is, surely having a base level to compare with in the future was worthwhile? He eventually relented and I was relieved my test results came back at 1.8. A friend of ours was at over 400!

Are Bristol Rovers and For*st Green Rovers tickets already sold out or not released yet? No mention of either on DCFC web site.

Seen him live 53 times now. The last time was in Kilkenny, Ireland in 2019 when he did a double header with Dylan who I've seen 34 times now - the last in Nottingham in October. Neil Young is like vintage wine - he just gets better with age. What a great life I've been privileged to have - Neil Young, Dylan and Derby County. It couldn't have been better. Of course I have to add my wife who comes to all of the concerts and some of the Rams games too, plus the children and grandchildren!
COYR (and Neil & Bob). ?
53 times?? Reckon I'm into double figures by now. First time Birmingham in 1980, most recently in Hyde Park the day before Kilkenny. Stunning! Dylan (who I'm no fan of) was also on the bill. Never spoke to the crowd, mumbled through his set, couldn't even recognise what songs he was singing. Wasn't impressed.
End of season celebrations.
