Planning on going with the Mrs to Rome for a week and then a week down by the coast. We didn't go on holiday last year as we were both in between jobs and wanted to be prudent. But now she's just got her dream architecture role and I'm in place with a university position we've got the money to do it. Any tips on where to stay?

The turtle post was my doing 😝 Daniel left his phone lying around unlocked so I started posting facts about turtles on his Facebook for my own amusement. After about of month of this, someone Dan worked with gave a small stuffed turtle because she thought he liked them so much 😂  That Christmas every present I gave Dan had turtles on them 🤣🤣🤣

Rivalry and banter aside...So sorry to hear this. B4 was a true fan who wore his heart on his sleeve.
Sending our condolences to his family and all his friends and those that knew him on here too.
You're all in our thoughts during this sad time.

One only needs to see the number of stories, comments, of those who knew him, those who met him (however brief) and those who knew of him purely online (like myself) to know the personality and character of B4.
I always found an honesty, an unwavering passion in everything he posted. Sometimes unintentionally hilarious, but always from the heart. I have posted on and off here from very near the start of the forum and through all the dark and light his belief shone through. It was only during the admin days when that belief was shaken. It was Daniel's posts that really got to me, the desperation, the need for the club to survive.
A DcfcFans legend. The kind of support I am sure many of us wish we could give the team.

Sunak just repeats the same old s*** and doesn't actually answer the obvious questions 
"Israel has a right to defend itself" - it's currently attacking on two fronts, no? Where's the attack/defence crossover? It's always blurred when it's the West doing it
"Hamas still hold hostages" - Where? In Gaza the place being bombed? Why would they give them back? Why wouldn't they stick them on a hospital roof? What's the attempt to rescue them? What's the Hannibal Directive? 
"Hamas seek to destabilise the region and must be destroyed" - Can you guarantee that they'll be destroyed after this? Can you even guarantee they won't actually find it easier to recruit and their support won't even increase? How many Palestinian lives is a Hamas member worth? 
"They hide in hospitals. In tunnels underneath" - So? What are you saying? Spit it out. 
Stop saying the same thing over and over like it's blatantly clear to any idiot that there can be no other way. You're not engaging. Your dictating. 
Address the arguments

He won't rock the boat with Braverman loitering stage-left. He can't be seen to look weak, now more than ever. First sign of bending and that bitch will be publicly jumping up and down on his nads, whilst squealing 'traitor'.
Frankly, if we're looking to him to grow a pair and actually address the issue at hand, we could be in for a very long wait, though I suspect that privately, he might have plenty to say.

What a bloke - can’t count the amount of times he’s made me smile on here, it can be a bloody tough forum to read at times when you consider the club we follow but he was just the best
Not only hilarious but completely spot on - the team would do better if we got behind the lads like he did
I still remember laughing my head off as a younger Leicester Ram at the yellow belt saga, in another life I’m sure B4 will be running the resurgent DLF
Haven’t been to a game since my uncle died but would have made the trek from London come rain, shine or national rail strike for the Bristol Rovers game for Daniel
Unfortunately I’m in Vietnam and can’t make it back, have to admit I’m devastated because he deserves the best send off possible - remember back in the days of the DCFC Fans podcast that I said he was my favourite forum member and he always will be
If anyone is sorting out a flag for him etc but finding the cost a bit dear, please let me know as I’d love to help out

I hope he wouldn’t mind me saying this, but he did tell me the reason when I was standing with him at (I think) Plymouth away.
He said he didn’t like pink because it’s a “girl’s colour”, but he didn’t want to say it publicly out of fear of offending @angieram!
