This.
The reasons it’s taking place are very sad but, whatever the outcome over the next 48 hours, days, weeks, months, many of us will look back and be glad to say “I was there”.
By the way, I WILL be there
Do you hear the people sing?
Singing a song of angry men?
It is the music of a people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
When tomorrow comes!24601

Morris is ultimately to blame for this poo we are in
-
He does not care for DCFC. He was in it all for himself and the publicity he got on TV and Talk Sport.
I saw him for what he is right from the start, but folk on here would hear no wrong about him because he gave some members a free bacon butty and he was pretending he had a heart and cared about the club, which is utter rubbish.
I can't blame folk on here for being taken in by him, he was probably very convincing in his sincerity.

Just wondered if Mel Morris owns any Activision Blizzard shares?
AB took over King Games in 2016 for $5.9 billion. aka Candy Crush / Mel Morris. (£500mil)
Now I see Microsoft are paying $70 billion approx for Activision Blizzard !!
Mel may have just got some of his £200 mil back ?
Hope not. He should suffer

A sample of a good letter/email would help a lot of people do this I reckon.
It would serve as a template for people to then put their own style in the reply.
Just a thought

That's not true is it? He is CEO of Shazam at the moment, I'm not sure that puts him in to the wealth category for this role!
I read his net worth is only $1.5 million. Peanuts

I see the Wikipedia entry for Derby County has been edited today with the owner changed to Quantum Administration (sic)
With the name of the administrators not even correct, do you think this edit was by;
A. A leeds fan
B. A forest fan
C. A leeds fan

So David Cameron is involved too?

Near Frodsham Cheshire . Moved up this way in 1986
Nearest league team, it's probably Man Utd or Liverpool both about the same distance.
Born in Derby

So the Mods let this thread degenerate into a punfest - pages and pages of tripe which those seeking updates and info have to plough through.
Start a new section or better still a new forum for the clowns.
Got out of bed on the wrong side today eh?

This time last year we were waiting for the takeover to be concluded before Christmas!
Deja vu

Very positive answers from the administrators to some very pertinent questions.
Was very disappointed to read this in the final paragraph:
"Stephen Pearce has played a vital role in negotiations with the EFL and the appeal, and continues to have a role at the club. Some of those present suggested it would help SP to do a media interview, but the meeting understood reasons why he might not be able to. It was agreed chants which may threaten his family were out of order and should be spoken against where possible."
It's certainly not acceptable for chants of that nature aimed at him
With saying that I don't think the guy should still be involved with the club. He must have known about the dodgy dealings Morris was up to?

Looks like time is now crucial to get a new owner in as we are officially 83 million on debt with a bank balance of only £630,000.
It won't take long for that small amount in the bank to dry up.
What a mess!
Did Morris spend any of his own money, or did he just borrow and not pay it back?
The more I hear about how he's ruined the club the more I despise the man

Fan taken ill
in Derby County Forum
Posted
A couple of rows behind me a fan was taken ill near the end of the game in the West Stand lower tier. Does anyone know if he is OK?
Not a nice end to a memorable game.
