In over three months of football, Forest have only managed to score once away from home.
I wonder what the record is for the least amount of away goals in a season?
As I write this. 5-0.
Oh dear. How sad.

My preference would be
Mills & Warnock dead-heat
Rowett - DNF.

According to Warne, out 2-3 weeks due to groin strain.
Very difficult to recover from. They need quite a lot of recovery time as I discovered to my cost. Tendency is to run through the pain with the result that you tear the muscle. I did distance running and was out for 2 years.

Almost completely off topic but it put me in mine of the lads in the Buxton cycling club, back in the day. Their mode of transport was the local undertaker's hearse.
This was used for for transporting them to Sunday morning cycle races (usually in Cheshire) and to the Satuday night dancing in Macclesfield.
More than once, cyclists missed the next morning's race having "missed the hearse home" the night before.

What’s folks thoughts on the Mankad by India yesterday to win the Womens 3rd ODI ?
As a junior playing in a senior game in the 70’s did it after giving a player 2 warnings , our skipper still called him back and gave me a bolloking . My thoughts these days that if a warning is given fair game but not without.
Still no rules on this , perhaps it’s time that something should be formally written down.?I know it's happened a few times, in the men's game, but I can't see why it's legitimate. Surely it's a dead ball until the bowler's delivered it. If the ball slips out of the bowler's hand or mis-judges the run up, it's called a dead ball, I believe.
Apart from which, it's ethically immoral and not in the spirit of the game, especially in this game where no warning had been given.Smacks of win at all costs.

There's a noticeable lack of comment about the styles of football played by the teams above us in the League 1 table. Certainly there is a shortage of clubs using Warne's style - they must be missing something . . .
...and they failed to get promoted, unlike Rotherham

Play like Rotherham. It got them promoted.
Just thought I'd bump this thread.

So many repetitive and conflicting views on here, perhaps we should change our name from the Rams to the Grounhogs

I also find it fascinating how many of those clubs are now in the Prem, and how many ar no longer in the top 4 divisions

35-5 and not yet noon

One point seems modest for this abomination of a cricket club.

How do the points work? Leics have 44 bonus points and 4 draws. 75-44=31. 31/4=7.75 points for a draw! ?
Didn't they have a points deduction?

What they laughingly call the 'interval', like they have in Operas. Average age looked to be about 16. However, I did have the sound turned off, as we were killing time until Shetland started.

Probably been mentioned already, but we missed more penalties in 10 minutes than Matt Le Tissier in his entire career, scoring 47 out of 48.
