I'm sure @Ghost of Clough will be along with a better analysis, I've not been able to catch much of the u23s this season.

I haven’t seen much of him, to be fair, but based on three or four games, he looks like a hard working ball winner to me.

I love and hate this idea.
Love the idea to give the EFL another headache, they allowed this with the way they have handled it.
I hate the idea as Reading are an innocent party in this, I would be a hypocrite.
How can I sit here after 4 months of reading rules and regulations explaining why Boro have no claim and then support this, knowing the stress Reading fans would be going through?
I want the EFL to recognise just what they have done, but not sure I can with a clear conscious agree.
I hope that it's decided on the pitch and doesn't come down to just 3 points difference.
What will really piss me off is when we hear Boro have voted in favour of clarifying rules to make it clear no club can sue another clue.

There is nothing honest about Gibson..he has sailed very close to the wind with his movement of debt..on another day the EFL call that as a Breach and Boro are in trouble.
He has timed his dealings with DCFC precisely when a takeover deal has looked promising, for no other reason than to scupper the takeover.
His claims now are only there because he saw the angle of attacking a team in Administration - something that is banned under EFL rules (I assume having a Boro board member helped that one).
He calls Derby cheats - we have never been found guilty of cheating  indeed the panel even called that out. But he does it anyway.
A lot of this is Gibson covering up for his own inept leadership of his club. Has another owner ever pissed away parachute payments in such a spectacularly useless manner?
He has zero class, just look at the Court cases he loses and his threats to church football teams. Odious human being.

I am not too despondent about recent losses. Huddersfield and Forest are not particularly good but both are pushing for the play-offs and both are playing with confidence and riding momentum, which can make a world of difference in this division.
Away from home, there is a sense that we will always require someone to step up and seize their moment and win us the game. Unfortunately we didn’t do that in recent games, but having retained the likes of Lawrence and Plange, it could happen in the future.
The margins seem very fine to me: I see no reason to believe we can’t stay up. Of course we can. But the key to it all is making the winnable games count.
Hull, Peterborough, Barnsley, Millwall, Coventry, Cardiff, Preston and Bristol City all have to come to PP. What greater incentive could we have?
We are capable of winning every single one of those games and giving ourselves a genuine shot. The question is whether we can keep our heads and get the results we need.
The Forest and Birmingham games suggest nerves have begun to creep in and expectation is weighing heavily on the players.

Before I sign off the night and listen to the missus woes from work, just going to say this, don’t be angry at the EFL’s statement tonight, it’s a positive one for us and it clearly states their position which allows us to move forward with a high court judgment.
Whilst we might disagree on the side they fell into, it wasn’t totally unexpected and we’ve been desperate for them to come down off the fence for a while now, this is better than to continue stalling. 
Quantuma have what they need now, the EFL’s position and proof of funds to see us through the next couple of months, time for court. 

I don’t believe there is a need for a campaign.
- The administrators will not want to settle for a penny with either Boro or Wycombe.
- Gibson and Couhig will not drop their claims.
- The EFL have clearly stated their position now.
- Not a chance getting the admin, Mel, MSD, Gibson, Couhig and the EFL into the room would persuade any of the above to change.
The only option now, is to take the football creditor status to the high court, or the claim itself through arbitration.
Positive Quantuma will be aware of this now and cannot delay in getting the ball rolling.

Good news! 

Players who are still scholars: Moloney (LB), Robinson (CM), Ibrahim (CM), Sebagabo (CM), Borkovic (RW) and Ebiowei (RW) are leading the race IMO. 
Borkovic has already featured in a first team squad and came off the bench in the league cup, Ibrahim spent a lot of time training with the first team under Cocu, whilst Ebiowei and Robinson have been drafted into Rooney's training sessions recently.

After Thursday it’s no longer compulsory, but at the moment nothing has changed on the official website. So basically do what everyone has been doing for a while and wait for an update.

Covid passport requirements in England end this Thursday so, the answer should be no unless Derby decide to retain the requirement.

That video is losing us sympathy left, right and centre at a time when we need to backing of our fellow football fans.  . 
 
We need to flush these weasels out of the club or their loved ones need to ban them from drinking before the football.
 
And if you’re going to comment to say every club has this sort of fan then don’t bother, tired of making excuses based on the fact other clubs have fans who don’t know right from wrong after a shandy too. 

You're joking? It's got to be a reasonable size to get into games. And it is going on display outside the stadium all this week. 
I think it's a cracking effort.
 
Also, the additional monies donated has gone to buy matchday tickets for the Birmingham game, so into the club's coffers.

I worry about that because he seemed a bit 'bambi-like' in some of his athleticism. It struck me that he was either going to 'grow' into his body or needed some sort of 'mobility' training. We'll see, I hope he's ready to go he's a real asset.
