Tyler Durden got a reaction from David Graham Brown in Alan Nixon Breaks Silence on American Billionaire Bid
Touche. But point still stands. Why would we expect contrition from other clubs owners when our ex owner has shown very little in that way for the mess were in?

No, he just left the mess he created for someone else to clean it up.

I agree. I would like posters to know when I am laughing with them and not at them

When can we review/rationalise the current set of reaction emojis please?
In my humble opinion the like and clapping emojis are too close to each other in meaning, the angry emoji hardly gets used (not complaining about this btw just observing) and the laughing emoji gets muddled up between finding something genuinely funny and being used to deride the opinion - perhaps an eyes rolling emoji additionally as I've suggested before.
I find myself using a lot of GIFs now to replace emojis sentiments that aren't existing or appropriate to use, not sure if this is meant to be the way forward.
Would be interested in other people's opinions too.

Representatives from BAWT have been in touch with the WWFC board regarding the ongoing legal case and have received a supportive and encouraging reply. Over the coming days, we hope to engage in a positive dialogue and explain the fears of #dcfc fans if the case is pursued.

Tyler Durden got a reaction from RoyMac5 in Wayne Rooney
How many managers are there in charge of clubs in the football pyramid then on top of that how many managers out of work.
So not one of those vast numbers just in the English League alone would be able to do a better job that Rooney.

Yes agree that the tactics selected more often than not choose themselves with the players Rooney has at his disposal.
Though I did listen to a recent interview with Ralf Rangnick regards CR7 allegedly being unable to press and he said that the players you have at your disposal dictate your manner of play not the other way around.
Think this is where Rooney trips up sometimes as without singling players out Roos is never going to be comfortable with the ball at his feet so just don't adopt this style of play.

Just read the comments from Wayne about Curtis (36 years old) and Jags (39) playing higher up the pitch. Just don’t get it. It has goal ‘from counter attack’ and ‘ forward running in behind’ written all over it. Like Liverpool playing a high line without Virgil vD. Clean sheets is what we need if we are to perform this miracle and we can deliver them if we give our star defenders a chance

Yeah, fair point.
I meant in terms of motivating individuals.
Teamwise, I think he's having to keep things tight, simply because we lack firepower up front.
Even though that's true, given that we won't be able to add to the squad in January and we're effectively down anyway, I'd like Rooney to be more adventurous. Let's just go for it
Let's play attacking, flowing football. We may be down but let's do it with a bit of entertainment.
(That's where I still think there's questions against Rooney - would he play a more attacking style even if we had a goalscorer?)

Agree with most of your post but not sure how on one hand one can say that Rooney is far from being a tactical genius but on the other then say he is generally getting the most out of the players he has.
I think it's a safe bet that another manager could do better than Rooney but how much better is the imponderable and as you quite correctly say is impossible to definitely prove anyhows.
I have been impressed by his professionalism during the whole crisis which does belie his years.

Well l am a Rams Fan, and there were 4 recorded breaches of EFL rules on their website before Quantuma took over. Then there was the Administration process. Oh and P&S overspends in 3 of the 4 last trading years. Morris was wading in his own poo for the last 2 years of his tenure.

Tyler Durden reacted to Norman in The coronabrexit thread. I mean, coronavirus thread
Not feeling well the last few days, but currently off work for a 4 day stretch - just done 2 lateral flows. Both positive. Got a PCR booked in for tomorrow morning.
My Birthday just after Xmas too. Good times. Double vaccinated, booster last Wednesday but probabaly hasn't had time to kick in. I did Google if that could bring up a false positive, but apparently the laterals work off protein spikes and not antibodies.
The Mrs is testing negative too, just to rub it in.
Covid round 2.

Okay thanks for the reply, I’m not here to be confrontational, been reading this site for a fair few years (along with most championship sites ) and quite recently have seen QPR mentioned a few times. Not that it helps any I don’t think any team should be suing another.
I still have nightmares about QPR’s administration and relegation to the third tier in 2001, we had 5 registered players at the start of the following season, had a total rebuild and after 3 seasons got back into the championship.
I can still remember our “rich owners” stitching Derby up with exorbitant ticket prices as you’d just been relegated and deemed to be a category A game.
many of us weren’t happy when Tony Fernandes started buying players we couldn’t afford as if they were panini stickers and I think the other clubs are right to be ducked off with the way our club went.
it’s taken a few years but we are now doing things correctly and are just starting to reap the rewards. However I expect if we don’t go up this year then our young starts will be sold and we’ll have to start the cycle again.
Hope you get a new owner (pay HMRC off) and become competitive again.
merry Christmas to you all.

Don't forget part of the administrators job is to try to make sure the company is viable going forward. Fans make the company viable that's why administration talk to them. However they have to be careful in what they say because of the nature of their job - trying to get creditors to accept less thanks they are owed
