My day isn't ruined. One result doesn't define a season.
Sooner or later we will get out of this division and leave the likes of Wycombe behind. All the petty victories and legal nonsense in the world won't change the fact that Wycombe is a non-entity with a shed of a stadium they still can't fill, and we are a club with a proper fan base and much higher ceiling.
We will always be better than them by pretty much every available metric.

Very helpful. I drive to the hotel,have one pint of lager at 2p.m. and walk to the ground at 2.30. I watch the game, including having a half time coffee, walk back to my car and drive home.

My first memory of the reserves was standing on the ossie end terrace in the early seventies watching them on a Saturday afternoon when the first team would have been playing away at the same time. The half time scores were relaid to us via the letters that the stewards would put up between the ley stand and ossie end.
