Ashley had no luck with his media inspired attack on the administrators now resorting to the courts.
Just shows how desperate he is to get his hands on the ground, how does MA know whether there is no justification paying rent for the stadium but is still to table a bid, that says it all, give in and accept my price or i will make a takeover as hard as possible.

They will if his is the best bid for the creditors. EFL are reviewing all correspondence with bidders now too.

We have been box office because we were fighting a 21 point deduction and kept in within a glimmer of a chance to almost the very end. If we had been relegated early March the interest for Sky wouldn't have been there. Rooney won't make that much difference the novelty of him being manager will have worn off.

Only if we around the top 6 when the world cup comes round, laguishing mid table or near the bottom will see Sky focus on other clubs.

    Nope.
And people will only bid what they can afford or feel it's worth.
I still reckon HMRC are holding a big hand in this due to their preferential status and largest creditor vote influence.
That's one of the reasons I don't think MA will produce an acceptable bid. He wont pay HMRC what they demand.

He has really got you sucked in to his media campaign against the administrators, just because they won't dance to his tune doesn't mean it is "shady business practice" . Was that Ashleys comment or is it yours,if it's yours i hope you have proof.

That is all well and good posting about how to complain about insolvency practitioners the fact is only creditors can make an official complaint not Third parties who have concerns.

In the 2007 to 2008 season Leeds United incurred a 15 point penalty pre season but still finished 5th in the playoffs.
And this was with the great managerial expertise of Dennis Wise for half of the season.

Ashley will pay enough to avoid the -15, he’s just trying to shaft over the admins because they deserve it

So who is your bringing in given the choice might be minus 15 or liquidation and start at the very bottom again with our golden ticket gone and a phoenix club?
1, Ashley may pay enough to avoid minus 15
2, if you can magic up a buyer who is willing to pay enough to avoid it then I’m all ears
beggars can’t be choosers but the fantasy brigade just can’t see it

The EFL announcement specifically mentioned negotiating directly with bidders over the transfer of the golden share. If they negotiate to transfer it to someone that Quantuma don't agree with, then there will be a serious problem.  Regardless of whether you agree with the job Quantuma have done, they are the ones that are court-appointed to sort it out, not the EFL.

Mike Ashley is the only candidate in the running who can buy us out of his loose change . Burnley are in trouble because the new owners borrowed the money to buy and now have to pay interest. That’s the parachute money gone. If we give Mike a bit of respect and he can learn to love us?he could let his heart rule his head and blow £100 mill, like he did at Newcastle to get them in the Prem.

It's not about the MA brigade, those who support him recognise he's the person with deeper pockets at present.
One of the remaining few who might save the club.
There's zero reason for ma to buy the club and not invest, why would someone with his understanding of the dynamics of football ownership, want a club that's destined to be in League Two, unless there's investment.
Ma will want to get the best deal possible for the club, but he will also understand that if he fails to pay the creditors the minimum amount, the club will get a -15 point deduction plus being unlikely to be able to invest in new players for an already decimated team.
During the years ma owned Newcastle, they stayed in the Premier league as lots of teams did not.
He invested a vast fortune, into Newcastle but he realised he couldn't compete with the likes of man utd, Chelsea, arsenal, Tottenham, man city, Liverpool and Tottenham.
Not that spending a lot always helps, Everton have spent a lot but haven't performed as well as I think they would've liked.
Other potential investors concern me, since the likes of Andy Appleby didn't manage to raise the capital to cover the minimum amount for creditors in order to stop a -15 point deduction being applied to the club.
It does appear that no one has made an offer at the minimum amount that Q requires to sell the offer to the creditors.

Tell that to all of the owners currently running their football club at a loss whilst their other businesses cover the hit.
Pretty much all of them have accrued some wealth through other businesses before buying a football club, for them it's not about getting rich, they're already rich!
Very few people buy a football club looking for a profit. That's why the old adage "the best way to become a millionaire is by being a billionaire and then buying a football club" exists in the first place.
