Hopeful signs as Zelensky suggests that Ukraine is willing to stay neutral in future....and is willing to negotiate about the status of both Crimea and Donbass.  Impressive pragmatism on his and his government's part.
Would such an offer be enough to allow Putin to call off the invasion and sell it as a military victory to the Russian media?   There needs to be an escape route that will  allow Putin to protect his fragile ego.   It's good to see that Zelensky seems to realize this.

That’s fair , but there’s plenty who are more qualified than me and as and more qualified than you in that area who totally disagree with your interpretation,, and as you happily admit there are many factors involved that make it hard to establish real death figures and percentage/ death rate per case ,
I honestly don’t think there’s been enough concerted effort to get close to real numbers and that includes now when the spin is to say it’s over just as much as when project fear was in full swing, there’s a real sense of feeling manipulated to suit whatever the policy is at the time ,
I do a bit more than point a roof or build a wall ,, I specialise in Leadwork, which when you see it done properly is artwork, done some real stand out stuff over the years

Perhaps the traffic has fallen because people are at a bit of a loss as to what can be done ,
without what you call whataboutery and political history how do we as people examine our own opinions and perspectives which may in future lead to us as individuals and voters putting pressure for change going forward on our so called leaders??‍♂️
so called whataboutery is definitely something that has often forced me to question why I held certain opinions that I was better for understanding and or changing , why would anyone dismiss this kind of debate unless they were intransigent and closed ?
the only thing I give a stuff about is how this war is brought to an end and how we try to put an end to this stuff keep happening or maybe sadly we are just crap as a species and deserve to inevitably weep ourselves out

Don’t you think though, that the club now, and football in general, is nothing like what we grew up loving as kids. Who cares about the corporate monster that it’s become, with its endless pitch side adverts, paying lip service to SKY for peanuts.
Weve got our memories of those days, they can bastardise the game as much as they want, but they’ll never take those away.
Make a new club, make new memories, duck the EFL.

Thinking about it if the choice is a new afc derby playing at pride park or the rescue of derby county fc our historic club I’ve followed through thick and thin rebuilding and having to play somewhere else until we can build our own stadium or buy pp at a price that doesn’t destroy our club then I’m with the later , I’m of an age where as much as pp is great I still see derby being the baseball ground ,, build a new baseball ground

As fans We don’t get a choice who owns or part owns our football clubs , ive been a derby fan for 55 years , would I let ANY owner make me walk away from such a massive part of my life growing up and following as an adult ? Would I duck ,
I want derby to survive and will support derby no matter who puts the money in to keep them alive , owners come ,stay a while then disappear some people seem to believe supporting the club means you support the ownership, you can support the club but dislike the owners ??‍♂️
