Again, I'm pretty disappointed they missed an opportunity with the teaser. Could've had Sunny by Boney M for Bradley. Could've flown Conor to Washington DC (stands for Derby County) and thrown eggs at Wayne Rooney's house. Social media team needs to do better.

Born in ‘71 so whilst our glory years were in my lifetime I have no memory whatsoever.  By the time I really started supporting the Rams in the late ‘70s it was all downhill.  The best football was probably the first 3 years of Jim Smith.  But in my mind the best period was under Arthur Cox from ‘84 - ‘89.  Total rebuild, much like now, successive promotions and finishing 5th in the top flight only being denied European football due to the ban on English clubs.
I’m under no illusion that we will ever with the top division again but I live in hope we can get there again and hold our own.  Which, unfortunately, is probably the best a club our size can hop for.

Since Div 3, mid-50s Jack Parry, Geoff Barrowclough, Bill Curry, Reg Mathews, Barry Hutchinson etc,
The 70s take some beating, Clough and Taylor beating Real Madrid, Benfica, outplaying Juventus, but not the bent ref.  I won't see the likes again in my lifetime. 😟

Uh oh, just thought of another team who have white shirts....and they used to play in (royal) blue shorts. Phew, we played - and should play - in Navy blue.

Warne said there are a number of clubs interested in Jason Knight and he doesn’t foresee Knight being part of the squad at the start of the season. Looks like he will be off then. Interview on radio Derby at 6pm

Almost word for word, what I was going to write. 
There is one longing that I have and that is to see us play in the FA Cup final at Wembley. That can be still possible with a bit of luck, with the draw and playing top teams on an off day and good refereeing decisions, whereas winning the League is no longer possible.

I think I’ve seen the best of Derby County, my dad bought me my first season ticket for the 71/72 season I was 6 years old. I continued as a season ticket holder until 1981 when I left school and started playing football on Saturday’s.By 1981 we weren’t very good we got relegated in 1980 (we’ll be back in 81).i went to games when I could and got my season ticket again in the late 90’s when I packed up playing on Saturday’s. As someone else as said the best team I saw was the 75/76 team that had just signed Charlie George to add to the league champions. Unfortunately the way football is structured now I don’t think I’ll see the like again

My first game as a Rams fan was in 1955 in the third division north I was 13. I bought my first season ticket in 1966 the last season of Tim Ward as manager and the first season of Kevin Hector(the King). I have never wavered in my love for Derby County, so in those 68 years I have seen the best and the worst of them. And I enjoyed last season as much as the first. And speaking of the King my wife and I have received a card from the King and Queen this morning on our 60th wedding anniversary. UTR.
